I understand and appreciate your frustration,but please adopt a softer approach and do let us all know how you get on .Thanks.

I have and really would not feel comfortable. When I was in the Boy Scouts I had to build myself a Bivouac and sleep in it alone for one whole windy and rainy night and boy was I comfortable. My wife thinks I`m on the mean side of value for money.🤣

Hi Tony 1452. I am on Wirral too and use Lexus at Cheshire Oaks. Nice to read your comment on Liverpool.Can I ask the cost of Liverpool supplying and fitting the Dashcam please ? -

Good for you old Pal. Funnily enough I thought of you earlier this week as Margaret and I had a short vacation in the Isle of Whithorn in Dumfries and Galloway. It is a dark sky area and one former visitor who worked at Jodrell Bank remarked that he could observe both the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy simultaneously. The Last Black Tie Dinner I attended was in 2000 when to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, when amongst other things we cruised the Inside Passage of Alaska. I retired in 2005 and have never worn nor wished to wear any kind of tie since. Enjoy the RX. A mighty fine vehicle.

I have a copy of the 10 year plus warranty and it does NOT include Roadside Assistance,but several members on this Forum have received separate and subsequent documentation stating that they are covered. I will explore this matter with Lexus Chester next week. -

My 10 year Service Plan comes to an end next September and has cost the princely sum of £34 per month throughout. Cumulative inflation throughout that period has been 27% -
I had to pop into Poole unexpectedly a couple of months ago when the voice failed on my Sat Nav.I was on my way from Wirral to Lulworth and they were delightful.Nothing was too much trouble. Have a comfortable seat, coffee/tea, Sir/ Madam, we`ll get our electronics expert to investigate it straight away.They could not fix it but their attitude towards customer service was exemplary.

Welcome Joseph with your mighty fine steed. Your local Lexus man was right on all counts and you are fortunate indeed. Did you buy from the local Lexus Dealer and do you have a warranty with it? Why did you choose Lexus and what have you had previously ?
