  1. I seem to be taking something of a drubbing this afternoon ! Those dishing it out seem to be resident in Kent and Gran Canaria.🤣🤣 Missiles loaded, targeted and ready to project Custard Cremes !
  2. Your point was not very well expressed young David. One man`s heap of junk is another man`s limousine. Now I understand your perspective, I would not wish to be bequeathed a Vauxhall FA Victor.(the one with the wrap around windscreen and obsolescence in the form of rust built into the spec).
  3. She does look a Peach Jules ! As David (above implies), how did you come to acquire this beauty? What caused you to come to Lexus and what did you have previously? And finally, why have you been so silent since 5/11/20 ?
  4. You two are doing a wonderful job in enhancing the value of my 450h. Do keep up the good work! There is one phrase that springs to my mind and perhaps other Lexus drivers have recognised this too? Whenever, I get into the car, whether to drive it, check something in the Handbook, or simply to put it into Ready Mode to recharge the Battery, I experience an "inner peace".
  5. Vey good Nick. No discernible rattles, squeaks, or wind noise. Exterior traffic/vehicle noise was minimal, or not noticeable. Roar from engine only evident when you depressed the accelerator ala BMW, rather than receive the gliding effect of linear acceleration. Photography gave the effect of driving through a constant mist rather than affording a view of looking directly through the windscreen. Possible to rectify? Everything seemed so calm and tranquil that I kept thinking of Beethoven`s Pastoral Symphony--you might consider using that to introduce the GS ? Anyway, thanks once again.
  6. True Jeff, but some bright spark will come along and find it appealing `cos it lowers their B.I.K.
  7. I have the word "repair" on mine too, so be interested to know what it is code for !
  8. Very enjoyable Phil, thanks. Scotty was ina bit of a rush though.
  9. Who are you asking Peter ? 🤣🤣If you quoted the Sequential Number shown it would be most useful
  10. Wheel size, Profile, Type of Tyre and Manufacturer and Suspension all contribute as well Vlad.
  11. I believe that there has been a fairly recent case in Germany where a purchaser sued successfully for false description of fuel consumption figures. You may know more about this John ? There has not been a successful case within UK to my knowledge, nor will there be as the figures are merely illustrative of what might be achieved given certain conditions.
  12. That`s the way it is John and it appears that only you do not know that the figures are not to be believed.
  13. Read what Tony Richa said just after I joined the Forum !
  14. John, All Manufacturers adhere to Legislative requirements as regards fuel consumption figures.
  15. Thanks Nick. I`d have been much happier to see you have two hands on the steering wheel and the constant flapping of something was irritating. I look forward to your next video.
