    Linas. One is not forced to sign up with any particular Insurance Company. If you pay too much, then get older, move North, own a low risk car, have a second driver on the Policy, move to a less risky Postcode.....and enjoy life. Your Banking responsibilities can be discharged satisfactorily from a Crofter`s Cottage in the Hebrides ! I do NOT require a response.

    Interestingly Phil, I had a fallout with LLoyds which I had banked with for 50 years. I did receive a full apology and a small amount of financial compensation in the end, but the damage was done and I too went virtually next door to Nationwide. And they too have been excellent. Customer is king, but only when people realise that as customers they have significant clout.
