    You have not been reading the Forum have you Barry ? Do a search and discover what we think of it. Your Lexus Extended Warranty will be allowed to run its course, or you can have a refund if you want to move to the much inferior Relax warranty.

    My initial thoughts are that it is rubbish. Neither Bogdan nor his Supervisor have read what is written. The Hybrid Battery is now covered for 15 years instead of 10. The new Relax annual warranty needs to be read carefully in the context of the specific Terms and Conditions which relate to problems associated with manufacturing or assembly defects.

    Check your last sentence Norman. The new Deal is much worse than the Extended Warranty which is now discontinued to new buyers. The small print is key.

    My personal experience of Jemca (owners) is that they are revenue chasers and I advise you strongly to look elsewhere James. Search google for reviews and ignore the supposedly good ones. See if these help James. MORE LEXUS INDIE RECOMMEND.docx

    I`ve never had to replace one either. The Merc is 18 years old and 247,000 miles with original manifold! I`d smell a rat, so seek a second opinion and please do let us know how you get on. Keith (above) has given some good advice.

    Joe, in UK IT IS THE CLAIMS record of the driver that is required ,not the car, so I think that you will be unsuccessful in your quest.

    Not a snowballs chance in hell Howard. It is costing them too much money. It`ll be interesting to see how successful members are with claiming under the new Relax system ! I reckon it will be 80% NO and 20% YES, but we shall see. (Pareto rules ! )

    Stick with the Extended Warranty until it expires. It is far, far, better. I`ve stuck with mine until September 2023 Howard.
