    Yes, if the defect is attributable to "manufacturing or assembly" Paul ! Now, that is going to be difficult to prove at any point in time. We all wait to see how the Terms and Conditions Document is to be interpreted, don`t we ?😉

    I`ve not experienced any problems with the Sat Nav in my July 2010 GS. Have been throughout the U.K. (except N.I.) and to Fallingbostal near Hannover in Germany (twice)without a hitch.
