So what if at MOT you need things like ball joints or stabiliser links..would the warranty cover such repairs.

I would say time to buy a new battery - I had similar problems few months ago when I got in the car the dash did not light up. Shopped around and in the end Lexus Woodford was the best and cheapest at £89 for new battery and guaranteed to fit with correct terminals.

I don't think its a bad idea considering how expensive and dealer only part there are. Also you had the use previously with the calipers and now would have cost you a couple of hundred pounds. The two year deal comes with free MOT I think?

what do you go by Tank Range or Range Approx Mine reads for London local driving yesterday: Range Approx: 23.5 Tank Range: 29 On Motorways the Tank Range Changes to: 35-38 but the Range Approx changes to about 28-29

Hi Guys, So I went to the supermarket last night listening to my superb sound on the Mark Levison system. Parked up, done my shopping, loaded the bags in the boot. Started the car but there was no sound from any speakers except from the one speaker at the front. I switched the system off and on again and still unable to turn the volume up or down. It just remained in a very low volume with no amplified sound for the whole journey. When I got back home I looked in the boot to see if I have knocked or switched anything off, but there was nothing there so I assumed it could be a blown fuse. Anyways took the shopping out say 5 - 6 Tesco bags and out of curiosity tried the system again as it was working before the shopping and guess what all was FINE!!! (maybe it doesn't like Tesco) Very strange and I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and if there is any thing in the boot/trunk that i should be careful of in the future.

Hi John, I have been meaning to upgrade my fog light bulbs to LED ones for a while but can't be bothered to take the whole bumper off..this really puts me off. I know that you can access the drivers side by taking off the wheel inner arch. The left is easy as you mentioned due to the hatch on the under tray. No worries, glad you got it sorted. Now you can put yours on ebay and even if you get £5-10 its a bonus. I did with my whole console trim and managed to replace it for about a fiver after the buying and selling

Hi guys filled the tank with shell v-power nitro and can already feel the difference.. Also it's showing 24 mpg and 27mpg tank average!! That's perfect and some for central london driving. That's it will only use Shell V-Power Nitro. No more supermarket gimmick!!

I always have my car on air to circulate - Think had this set like this due to misty windscreen and was recommended. Maybe thats why I got a bad smell when my son changed the air flow from outside.

Actually I do use discount vouchers but come to think of it when filling up 30-40 litres overall it's only a few pounds so will now change to say Shell and try for a few months to see what difference it makes. Guys sorry didn't want to start new thread but can't seem to find part number for my pollen/cabin filter, the current one is an after market and I really need one ASAP. Found one on ebay 87139-YZZ16 but seller not confirming if it fits my car even thou his ad says for IS250. Any recommendations pls?

Hmm wife used to use Tesco fuel, diesel mind but it clogged my wife's car up. Bad batch or something. They paid for clearing the engine out and everything but never trusted their fuel quality after that. Currently using BP and my Lexus feels super smooth! Hmm, will change fuel and see what the results are. Will let you know how I get on. Thank you

Thanks Exdee, its is a super car I love it. I have only used Tesco Momentum Super Unleaded - Could this be the problem? Should I change to regular unleaded or change to like Shell or Esso.
