  1. Thanks Pilrgrim, I shall be doing this tomorrow as my bulbs should be here too. Someone told me that you insert the screwdriver in a blind hole and the turn the cog which you don't see, anyways I only need to move it up a tad. Thanks for coming back.
  2. I like the lip looks really good. I would also like to have the hatch or ISF look grill..but these only available from US. Does anyone know if you will be able to see the fan if I were to install one from US or a breakers yard. Current grill have a back plate where you can see the fan behind.
  3. Thank you. Seems simple enough but please do let me know if it goes up and down. I have just ordered new bulbs so will do it on Tuesday.
  4. Hi does anyone know how I can adjust my headlight so that I can see better as my lights are crap and almost same level as the fog lights towards the floor. I have tried different bulbs, HID kit but still the beam pattern is pointing low. Dark days are here and I want to see what's coming ahead of me without blinding oncoming cars. Anyone know any good videos or pictures. I know some cars you just turn a nob to go up or down. Thanks in advance.
  5. I would replace the coolant. £40 for 5 litres from Lexus or Toyota Ebay £35 which is what I did and got 2x 5L you will need around 7 litres.
  6. Sorry guys I didn't come back sooner as I wanted to give it a week or two to see how things are. Had the water pump replaced..along with coolant. Also replaced a unplanned front and rear caliper (seized) front discs and pads. Total cost £750 with service oil/filter. Car runs much better now and there is no signs of coolant spraying any where. BluePrint ADT was actually a direct replacement for the OEM water pump as manufactured by Aisin.
  7. Hi Alan I recently got a pair from Lexus US on their ebay store - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181314440761?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Hope this helps
  8. Carl, what did you change the wheels for? Did you get new alloys? Shows us some pics :) I am pondering about getting a new set of alloys or whether to refurb stock ones.
  9. Thanks John. Will keep an eye on it from now on and include in yearly service to grease and inspect the calipers. Just wasn't looking forward to this week before the school half term with the boys :(
  10. Ouch :megaangry: Got a call from the mech doing the water pump as he is fixing a ticking noise from my brakes as well and guess what. I have two seized calipers on the drivers front and rear. £150 for water pump and service £365 Parts for Front Disc & Pads and Caliper and Fixing kit - £45 Labour Rear Caliper £185.24 + £30 labour (but I will but the part from Lexus Sheffield at £99) £700 - Thanks Lexus :tsktsk: I should too move to another car - As don't know when the calipers will seize again
  11. Hydrogen is water and that's the only thing I saw that was feed into a system the guy used and there was another module that gives it a chemical reaction and creates electrodes which pulls together the carbon out of the system. Well that's what he explained.
  12. The engine is super silent and quiet responsive. I would say it is more responsive than before. Sometimes when I am stationary it's unbelievable how quiet the engine is and there is absolutely no sound in the cabin or any sort of vibration. The car breaths better but I am yet to notice a big saving on fuel. I guess I will be able to tell in a few more weeks. The reason why I say I could do with another session as half an hour only took so much carbon off my 8 year old car....imagine what another half hour would do. Also I would strongly suggest that you have a session at every yearly car service so that there is no future build up and to keep airflow to maximum One thing thou his price will go up but don't know when and he said for LOC members it will be £50 just mention the Thread. Think it's going up to £70
  13. I do think now that I have had it two weeks ago that I could do with another session, as 30min isn't enough
  14. Hi had the carbon clean done, taken it for a spin and can say that there is improvement in performance also the engine seems more quiet. There was black stuff that did come out of the exhaust through the process. At £50 I think you should give it a go...you will see an improvement. Lee will explain everything step by step. He puts the Hydrogen tube through the airflow and let's it get to work for 30min. The engine is breathing better and the ride is much smoother. When I am stationary I can not feel anything and it super silent no vibration.
  15. Hi guys is the HG issue only on the diesel as I have a IS250 and have a coolant spraying issue but getting a new water pump on Monday. I don't see any HG symptoms or anything
