    14 Bags of 10-20 mm stone,10 in the boot,4 on the rear seat ( covered first of course ) and still pulled like a train,and did not bottom out either :) 3 trips of 10 miles from local quarry,i saved 50 quid in delivery costs,and used just over a gallon of fuel the old girl never ceases to amaze me B)

    Nice spread of Motors there Nigel,man after my own Heart,would like an old Laurel or cedric,also an old Cressida would be nice too :) There are a few lads at work that are well into the JDM Retro stuff Give uz the nod when there is another track day like that,would love to stretch the legs on my 460 quid LS :D

    and enclosed in a glass enclosure to keep the elements away As much i would like too keep her pristine,she wafts me too work most days,which both my wife and apprentice (lift until his mini is ready) appreciate very much :) and im sure The LS likes being used for what it was built for,although i have an old Honda accord i will use this winter as lexxy needs a little paintwork this year.

    Welcome Steve,i have also indeed been struck on the the old Japanese Muscle car that the LS400 is,such a wolf in sheep's :) I know where your coming from with the 1uz,such an ideal bullit proof motor which can handle loads more ponys if required ie supercharge/turbo etc B)
