Is there something I'm missing here?

Why would one want to be able to downtune the performances and the better fuel efficiency of a good "customisable" chip? If a chip is properly set for a specific engine, I don't think that I would(even if I could) want to fiddle with it. I don't see the use for that? Can someone fill me in on this?

It DOES however looks impressive if you got like a laptop with a way-to-flashy-looking tuning proggy, plugged in to your car's nerve system :D but then again...I'm more an oldskool kinda guy who prefers clean & effectiveness over screaming, flashy and "hip" *****.

looking at fitting this last because it would need to be re calibrated after each mod

now then last of all can i change settings on the fly with either of thease

and will it tell me if my manifold is about to fail? just before the floor pan falls off my car

meguires do a scratch/fine swerl remover it wont work wonders (ie if there is no paint there is no hope but it can help
