Hedge End have sold one at least...one drove past me last night. Ultrasonic Blue and very dirty.

Glad to see some dealers are open to discounting....Hedge End seem never to drop their prices when I ask. I'm going to get a local mechanic to fit my brakes and pads but I will need some new tyres and Hedge End have said they price match Blackcircles and have yet to refuse a match. I don't want to be the first though.

What a great excuse to test out the car. When you got to 168 did you feel you cold have got more out of it or did you run out of runway? Always intrigued over what the top speed actually would be.

That is a bargain whereas Cheltenham have a 2012 Mesa Red for £45K. That seems a touch pricey even with the low mileage.

Just want to double check that these rear pads are the correct ones before I order them http://www.kamracing.co.uk/brembo-brake-pads-p83146.html I have just bought the Hawk pads from ebay and so will start building up the items I need to change everything over.

Quick question....are there any issues using Hawk pads on the front and different ones on the rear. Hawk don't make equivalent rear pads do they and I would want to put Porterfield pads on the back wheels.

Agree about the CT. I hate driving one of those and thankfully they gave me an IS250 when my car went in for an MOT and service last month. As for the brakes mine will need changing in a few months time and even with Brembo discs and Porterfield pads the cost is about £440 without the labour. Lexus do like to overcharge. As for the Sat Nav I always thought the update was via a memory stick that just plugged into the car. At least that's what Hedge End told me when I last asked them.

As promised here's the pics, bit more of a 'shine' than the OEM paint but still pleased with them. Looks nice...for a moment I thought you had a GSF with the orange calipers ;) As for my wheels I really struggle to understand what they are made of. Today after a short trip one of my back wheels has a ding on the edge of the alloy. Too small for a scuff and I know I didn't kerb it whilst out driving so all I can think of is that something loose on the road flew up and dinged it. I know it wasn't there earlier in the week when I cleaned the car and I have a 6th sense about an alloy damage on my car.

So anyone have one? Easy to fit? And do they add anything to the car? I have been meaning to ask these questions before buying one so any help gratefully received.

That's why I like my USB with black leather.....no way I could keep white clean with even just 1 kid. Anyway..horses for courses I personally think the USB is the best colour. Seems like Lexus like it still as well..

Something was just not that right with the review..ok he didn't like it and spent more time on the LFA than the RCF but part of me thinks that he was trying to make a point about how much better the M4 was. Yes it can beat the RCF in a drag race but then so can a lot of cars. Not putting it round the track made me suspicious that the times between the BMW and the Lexus are not that great. Saying all review how heavy and slow the RCF is and then comes damn close to the times of the lighter, faster M4 would make him look the fool he is. Other reviews have compared them and there doesn't seem to be that much in it. I found the whole tone of that review bad tempered and irritating. I know it has ceased to be a car show and more 3 blokes acting out their childish jokes but this latest episode was appalling.

Since when has the Ultrasonic blue been associated with boy racers? Must have missed that memo seeing as Lexus used that colour in their promo shots.
