That's what my workshop guy said and I will do that. At the moment it's impossible to tune the car, because the AEM says only sh*t. Nothing useful..... :duh: :mat: I will fit it closer to the engine and if it doesn't get better then I will let it check at BOSCH and if it's damaged then I have to get a new one. ← what sensor are we talking about hear, are you talking about the 2 sensors that was on the down pipes before you fitted the turbos, im abit :duh: when it come to sensor talk is o2 sensor the same as the lambda sensor........talk to me guys as i dont know much about sensor :duh: ;)

"UPDATE" :D all i have to do now is fit the downpipe & custom Exhaust, I could not get a 3" pipe bender any where ;) so i am haveing it made by Burnham Autos the guy makes Hotrods so i know he will do a top job. can not wait as this is the last bit to do, :D then i can start here up sump is back on now and i dont want to do any more sump work as it was a ***** job to do :yack: but its all done now im happy to say, its starting to look good, i will have some pic's soon of it all :)

you have not been conned. unlucky - yes. conned - no. did you get the car you ordered? Did you order sat nav? Do you have proof that your Lexus dealer knew that 11 weeks later the IS would be offered with nav as standard? Do you expect the dealer to advise you to wait in case a better spec comes out? Why didn't you wait until November 05 when the new model IS comes out? Why didn't you wait until <whenever> when the IS350 comes out? Or do you feel the Lexus dealer has conned you by selling you the car you ordered when he knew full well a new model would be out in 8 months? Not havng a fo at you mate - must be a bit of a bummer. but - be realistic - you were not conned ← finally some quality response since some of the answers here are from little boy racers. ← Bad luck thats all mate.......... ;) . . . . . . . . . and as for the boy racers...................do you know something i dont ;) as i can not see any boy racers.............. :duh: hold on i will put my on........

im puteing 3" custom exhaust all the way & im allso makeing the intercooler pipe work as well, when its all done come monday evening...........i dont know what the outputs going to be.........but im hopeing it will be well over 200bhp befor i get the mapping done............ :winky: 6 months of planing has gone into this...........

I am hopeing to have it all done by monday night :D if all gos well sunday & monday..........come monday night it should all be done Dave you may get a call monday night mate :winky: the one thing that could hold it up is geting a pipe bender to do the intercooler pipes & the 3" Exhaust from turbo to back-box :D

If there is no knocking noises or anything like that, how can they know that they are in need of replacing ? :duh: ← just what i was thinking ...........thats the only time you know they need doing is when you start to hear a bit of knocking comeing from them ;) you will be ok mate

Hi guys, i have been out there all day working on the IS fitting the Turbo work done to date is the oil lines are in place the oil cooler has been refitted the sump is of and all work done on it :) just need to refit............time was getting on so i jumped onto the manifold :winky: and that is now fitted, next was the Turbo..............turbo is now fitted :D so all in all not a bad days work started at 8am and i think it was about 8.30pm when i stoped ...................sump of & now waitting to go back on....oil lines & oil cooler........manifold & Turbo :D all i have to do now is refit the sump.......intercooler & pipe work for it and the down pipe for the turbo :winky: :D some pic's of the turbo :D http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...&cmd=si&img=759 http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...&cmd=si&img=760 http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...&cmd=si&img=761 http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...&cmd=si&img=762 :D

"UPDATE" Hi guys i started fitting my Turbo :winky: i have done all the oil lines, had to take the sump of to do it as some of you may know by my post for HELP But all is done now just about to refit the sump i will have some pic's up tonight :winky: ok back to work now :D on the car that is :winky:

The sump is of ie all the bolts are of and the sump is just sitting on the cross member...........but like i said i dont want to just pull on it as i dont know what im going to hit i need to know how to get it out from the cross member
