I can about it now as i have my lexus still........ but at the time it was abit serious heat!! you telling me mate it was like someone had painted it RED, and the inside the backbox was abit RED as well..................i have S/S manifold and that was ok, Turbo and downpipe was all so ok............im going to take the main-cat of the car soon and i will take some Pic's

Hi mate, i have just fitted a Turbo last week, so i have no pre-cats just the main cat............i have 3" down pipe all the way to main cat........and i only new it was the main-cat as i could see it was RED and all so before i pulled over it looked like i had fireworks comeing out the back BOX But this is why i said get someone to take the main cat of and have alook at it.........before my maincat went i had no lowdown power just like what you are saying and it was like it was jumping as well........just get it looked at mate :winky:

was i lucky or what..................well i was on my way back from work...........playing with me boost as you do :winky: i was going along at about 45 to 50mph and the car just seemed to have no power well im thinking ***** whats up with it now..............still going along i tryed to get more power out of it but it just was not have it! so i pulled over and had alook all round the car to see what was up........ ;) but all looked ok.............so of i go and it seemed ok untill i get to 70mph and i see fireworks comeing out the back of the car so i pull over jump out to see whats up............went to the back of the car had alook in the back-box and it was GLOWING RED so with that i had a look at the main-cat and that was all so GLOWING RED but that was not all! the under try was on Fire i put that out but that was it i had to get RAC out to get me home ;) as it looks like i have melted the main cat :o

you say your car is jumping in low rev's and not running good untill it hits 3500 to 4000RPM ;) well let me say this............my CAT meltted today but before i new it had i could not get any power out of the car in 1,st & 2nd and so on............only when i got to 4000rpm then the power came back...........in 1st & 2nd i was going along as if there was no fuel" ie " jumping along...........well i got it up to about 70,MPH and it was going ok. but when i slowed down then went to pick up the speed abit.....there was no power. so i stoped and got out and had alook under the car and the CAT was RED and the under try was on fire so PLEASE get someone to take alook at the CAT under the car before you go out in it next. as i was lucky that i stoped and had alook to see what was up...........if i had not got out............i dont think i would have my lexus now me think its your CAT as you car sounds just like how my car went today ;)

the only news i have mike........... I got a new turbo T3/T4 Hiybrid.......... But when i boost............it gets to .25 and the fuel cuts of........so i will have to do the fueling very soon.........as when it cut of its like hiting a wall so i have it set at .2 but apart from that the car is running very nice and sounds so good as well......... :D ← The fuel cut doesn't depend on the fuel system mate. It depends on the ECU. ;) Doesn't the E-manage a fuel cut defender function?? A fuel cut defender stops raising the voltage until the ECU would do a FC. ← so whats the voltage the ECU cuts the fuel of at............... I dont know if the E-manager has a fuel cut function..........i will take a look over the weekend :)

.6 you are lucky then as i can just about run .3 and my fuel cuts of ;) but then i have not done any mapping to the Greddy Emanager yet. .6 and you are only pulling 230 I hope to have the fuel line upgrades done with in the next week or 2 and then i will see if a mate can get it maped for me :winky: as i have just been told its going to take about 8 to 12 hours to map
