Hi guys , got back about 7.00...................had a very good day well allmost good to see you some new as well as the old guys there :D Had a go at the 0-60 well what can i say ..............1st run i f :tsktsk: ed me start up and the 2nd run i got a very good start but f :tsktsk: eding droped a gear and by the 3rd run i think me clutch had just about had it............but saying that, me clutch was on its way out before i started the 1st run Thats why i have the Helix one waiting to be fitted ;) all my runs in the 9s all i can say is roll on Santa Pod :winky: but i would like to say well done to Bazza & Zee as they did hit the 7s :winky:

;) I think there is one guy on LOC who knows him, but im not going to name names just yet Is what it is i bid for an item on Ebay................i put a maximum off what i would pay for this item ie! lets say the maximum i put was £200, 2 or 3 days went by, and on the last day it seems this guy bid on the item, he put 2 bids in and took it up to with in £1 of my maximum ie! stoped at £199 and i then won the Item for £199 then i start to think what the hell!! no one had bid before him and he comes along and bids with in £1 of my maximum................just seem to me that he knows the guy who is selling the item, and he has put a big bid in to see what my maximum bid is.............then he has retracted his bid then he has put new bid in for £1 less than my maximum.....the seller of the item was going to make a very big loss on the item in and it seems to me he got his mate to Run it up ;) I have won the Item in for alot less than you can get them for in the shops. But if this guy had not run it up, i would have got the item for a 1/4 of the price that cost in shop ;) and this is why i think the seller has got his mate to run it up......... ;)

I only did 1 or 2 bit, then i give up as the paint work is just to f :tsktsk: ed up..........i will get the Bodyshop to redo it when it gos back to them ;)

yea had a look at that mate :winky: thanks any way , i just had a play with them and i think i know what was up, when i lowered the back all i did was undo the bottom nut....... :duh: so i had a look and is what i did was the same as you mate i lowered the bottom nut + the 2 nuts that hold the spring .............if you know what im saying.......so now the back is as low as the front, and its not all over the place anymore :winky:

Hi guys i fitted my coilovers about 2 weeks ago, the front seem ok but the back seems to be all over the place ;) Is what i would like to know the old setup i had, i used the top mounts that come with the IS. But the new Coilovers have Top mounts so i did not use the IS ones.......... ;) so guys if you could help me by posting some pic's off the back end setup, that would help me alot :D I will put some pic's up later so you can see what im on about be back in 5 mins ..........................

machining pistons from billet would be tres expensive depending on the material used and there would be some amount of stages both turning and milling and grinding to get them precise plus the scallops out the bottom are an absolute pain to get right (i made some titanium pistons many moons ago ;) ) surely buying HKS etc will be cheaper than custom mades mind you a line of lightened pulleys i would be interested in ← Yea thats what im saying.......................Dont know about you guys but i would only get pistons from some where who have been makeing them for a long time, if you know what im saying ;) But yea bits like the custom made pulleys and things like that i would be up for :winky:

Yep me all so.... :D I was talking to JE about some pistons not to long ago.................and i was like :D when he told me the Price, he said all they need is a std IS piston to get all the sizes from it :winky:

Hi Mr S.......i started my car today :winky: as when it come back from the bodyshop some off it looked :tsktsk: so i had to do somethink about it as i could not look at it any more. me car has still got to go back to the bodyshop............so im only doing the bad bits, :winky: its starting to look how it should off looked when i picked the car up :D

sorry to see that mate, yea that price seems ok ..............is there no way they can fit your TRD lip as that would cover it up and then the £80 can pay for that to get fitted :winky: ask them you never know
