It's taken me 3 months to get round to doing this so here goes: I'm Steve, 25 years old and living in the hellhole that is Barnsley after work forced moved from my beautiful homeland of York :P Live with my fiancee of 4 years and 3 cats (not responsible enough for kids yet ) Work as a technical manager for a stonework company. Had car since end of Nov 03 and loved every minute of it.

When i was about 8 Barry McGuigan the boxer was stopping in the same hotel as us in Antigua. I was a bit too young to appreciate it but my dad, a massive boxing fan, was starstruck! I also met Darth Vader outside toymaster in York when i was a kid. :P

Personally, it's the professional fitting that attracts me. There's no way i'd attempt something like this on my own! Problem with kits and people doing it themselves is if something goes wrong, blame starts getting apportioned to the wrong people '...the instructions didn't say this or that....', '...this doesn't fit right....' '..i've bodged this....'. i'd rather spend that extra bit of money getting it done right than a lot more trying to correct problems created from my own bodges.

Me thinks you're right Mr Scorpion! I've read some feedback for the sellers of these items, and a couple of fake comments have arisen (the seller has obviously gone on the defensive in their responses but i think it's quite clear.) Probably give these a miss. Wouldn't want to do any damage to my baby! Dave - I assume you paid around the same mark for yours? Whats the quality actually like?

Browsing Ebay at work (as you do!) and came across this: Trd Oil Cap Now, is it me or doe it seems unbelievably cheap compared to normal cost for these :o I've e-mailed the seller to confirm it's definately the screw type (as stated in the item description), and to find out P+P costs. What do you guys make of this? Is this the right type for the IS200? I read through Grim's group buy post for these, and they look pretty similar. And if it is right, there's loads of them available! - search Ebay, in items available worldwide and in titles and descriptions for 'TRD Oil'

People selling the plane also have this for sale: Nippy little number Just love the extras list - 'including bomb racks...' Don't recall seeing those on any Lexus sales literature?!

Went to Meadowhall on Saturday and in the section of the car park where I was parked, I counted 5 IS200's :o 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green and 2 plat ice. Then as i was leaving, another plat ice turned into the car park! And not one of them carried any LOC stickers (except mine of course) It was almost as if there was a mini-meet going on!
