    Regarding the cd player not working, your going to have to expect that as it will happen to all mark levinson cd players in the ls430 and sc430, not sure about other models, in my opinion they are just rubbish, and I prefer the lexus premium sound system, it sounds much better. So far in the one in my sc430 is working, but I will be looking for an after markethe cd player because im 100% sure it will stop working.

    I used to get LPG for 36p and I was getting 42mpg on a run sometimes 45mpg but local I was getting around 22 mpg

    Hi, if the noise you heard was like a tractor, it may be the bearing in the air con unit. But you may have to take to a proper AC specialist to check it out for you.

    Yep. Look in your service manual, it will tell you in there you have a 12 year rust/corrosion warranty. I had 2 mk3 Gs300 both 2005 models and both had brand new bonnets fitted through Lexus main dealer. One was last year.

    I've had 2 mk3 2005 gs300 and neither of them had any issues with oil consumption. They were great cars, and yes they were chain driven and again no issues at all and even if you wanted to replace the chain, you could buy it from the US chain and kit for around £195, better than paying for it through lexus dealers who charge a bomb for the same kit But Gs430 is also a good car, a very good engine, obviously may drink slightly more and has a cambelt but that's about it.

    I used to have a x reg ls400. And it was really nice too in Chichester blue with cream leather interior

    All you do is take the wheel off and unbolt the sensor behind the disc, get a cloth and just wipe it. Don't take it to a dealer , they will try ripping you off saying it needs a new sensor when it doesn't.

    Eh few hours job? No its not, its around 30mins. Like the post above, you can access it through the wheel arch. I think they are trying to rip you off here.

    The reg is W91ONA I enquired about this car afew weeks ago. It's on gumtree but then thought nah, I like my sc430 for now.

    Does it happen when you brake and sort of like a buzzing noise that you can feel on the pedal? If it is, then all you got to do clean the abs sensors.

    I dont get why your so defensive about Autoglym SRP, Its only my opinion. Autofinesse do something similer to what SRP is, but I prefer Autofinesse product. I do like Autoglyms leather cleaner although Dodo Juice do something thats better but thats about it. Each to their own.

    You get what you pay for. I will never use supermarket fuel, only v power shell in my car. Supermarket fuel is cheap for a reason, its rubbish.

    Personally I wouldnt even use Autoglym stuff on the body of my car. It goes all powedery sometimes, plus theres stuff out there thats much better than Autoglym
