    I've looked at this one, and it drives spot on, nothing wrong with the mechanics apart from corrosion on the springs, but thing that put me off it, is the steering wheel and that silver thing on the centre console area. Or am I just being too fussy?

    You know what a lot of traders are like, they'll say any rubbish just to sell a car. That's why I wouldnt buy from a trader. I'm knocking all of them, but most of them are abit dodgy

    I'm still looking for an ls400, the ones on ebay ain't all that, the 2 I've seen on autotrader are way overpriced, that's probably that's why they haven't sold yet, they have been for sale a very long time. I'm after either a mk3 or mk4, but I do like Steve's toyota celsior too

    Sounds like air bags, very expensive, unless you buy second hand, but then how long will the second hand ones last. I'd get it converted to coilovers. Also if you haven't done so already, replace the radiator too, they are prone to leaking coolant into the gearbox causing gearbox failure, your car has hit 100000 miles, best to replace it to be on the safe side

    Hi its the cabin filter, behind the glove box You can reset it though following this procedures: Switch the car on Press the off button on the climate control, keep it pressed until you hear a ding Switch the car off, and then back on again, and that's should clear it

    I know it looks very dark in the picture, but headlights are only light smoked and so are the tints, although I'm not sure it's allowed to have the front windows done

    Yeah, burty, I wanted to buy it off him the one time too. I think it looks nice, but abit low for me, but I'm sure the suspension can be raised

    Yes it was £900 but I think he's got it mot'd that's why he put the price up. The thing is, it does look a nice car, but I'm not fond of what he's done to the steering wheel

    Alot to think about, I may stick to what I know and maybe go for the ls400, so if anyone is thinking about selling one, please let me know. The owner of my previous ls400 I had is selling it now, I had that lpg converted and it was mint, he said it still is mint, but it's all the way in Scotland, how do i go about getting it back with all this lockdown going on.

    Hi I've had a couple of ls400's in the past that I had converted to lpg, loved them. But now I thought, why not go for a w126, I've never had a merc, I don't know anything about them or if they are as reliable as an ls400, so i thought maybe stick with what I know and that's the ls400 lexus

    Hi guys I'm now on the lookout for an Ls400, preferably a mk4 with lpg, but I will also consider one without lpg. I'd prefer to buy one of a member on here I'm almost to full fitness now, so I want to treat myself. I was looking at w126, but I don't know anything about them, so I'll stick with Lexus. Thanks

    Again thank you guys. I havent recovered 100%, I thought I did, but I'm still sometimes gasping for air, but it's slow recovering process
