  1. Just had an update email this morning from Lexus customer relations regarding my NX350h Takumi ordered 12th of February 2022. "I can now advise that your vehicle order will definitely be a MY24 when it does get matched, meaning it will benefit from the new specification. However, we have still not been able to get a matched or confirmed build date for your order and have been advised that based on your order position in the queue for the NX Takumi model, realistically we are now looking at an estimated delivery date of around October 2023. (could be subject to change)" So good news about getting a MY24 spec car, and not so good news about possibly getting it 20 months after ordering it. Swings and roundabouts as they say.
  2. Has anyone found out when cars destined for the UK will start to be built to the 2024 spec ? Will existing '22/'23 orders not yet built end up being a 24 spec car?
  3. Are you pressing set and 1 buttons together for long enough? A few seconds were needed on my IS300H.
  4. Happy for you, when did you order and what version of the 350h did you order?
  5. Well today is the 12th February '23, exactly one year since I ordered my NX350h Takumi, app still showing 'Order in progress', dealership advising no build date allocated at yet with a best 'estimated' delivery of 'maybe' late Q2 this year. Time will tell.
  6. Below is a reply by Toyota to a review of the lexus link app on the android play store.
  7. My NX350h ordered 12th Feb '22 STILL showing 'Order in progress' I feel happy for those who have already got one, or in build, or in transit etc, it's just frustrating for those who placed an order almost 12 months ago (and longer) with no update on the app at all. Keep checking !
  8. this vessel left Toyohashi 3 days ago and is well on its way via the Suez Canal. Exciting times….your Lexus might be on board too. "your Lexus 'MIGHT' be on board too." gives us confidence- NOT !
  9. Oops wrong post, ignore this
  10. Have you tried your 2nd keyfob? It could be a faulty keyfob
  11. I just click on the 'Garage' icon top right, then click on 'Purchased' then click on the car ordered. This all assumes that you have registered the app With the same email given to the dealer when you ordered.
  12. I ordered my 350h Takumi 12th of February and app still showing order in progress with an ETA from the dealer of May, so you have a similar delay to me by the look of things.
  13. Below is copied from a previous post, I could not get the links working. For anyone considering getting a high mileage IS300h I would definitely say go for it as long as you've got full service history. I have privately owned my IS300h Premier from new since August 2013 and it is the best car I've ever had by miles. I have full Lexus main dealer servicing and have looked after it. I have now done 209k and it drives like new still getting over 50 mpg on my journey from Leicester to Birmingham every day for work. Had a new hybrid battery at 204k which was done under Lexus warranty, and I have full confidence this car will go for another 200,000+ miles. Sadly I will be selling mine early next year as I have ordered a new NX 350h Takumi, although it did take me about 6 months to decide whether to to keep my IS for another few years or to order a new NX. I decided to go for the new NX as my wife and I why are approaching retirement and the IS is an extremely low car to get in and out of and we both now struggle, other than that I would have probably kept it longer. Below is my link when I clocked 200k. https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/133270-200000-miles-and-counting/ https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/135683-high-mileage-is-300h/?do=findComment&comment=1259534
  14. Just popped into my Lexus dealership who are fully aware of the fuel flap not opening issue. In fact, the NX on display in the showroom has even got the cover removed in the boot to show existing customers how to open the fuel flap. They said that a fix is being looked at. They are also aware of the door handle issue.
  15. Let's hope that is good news for everyone, I ordered my NX 350h takumi on the 12th of February same time as you I believe
  16. Mine also ordered 12th Feb, still showing "Order in Progress" on the app.
  17. Well this morning it was -7 deg C, ice on my IS300h. I just sat in the car, engine on, heating on, demist on, front screen airflow selected. After about 12 minutes I was safely driving my toasty car with all windows clear. I would have expected a '22 NX to do the same in under 20 minutes using the remote heating functions.
  18. Possibly, but I ordered my NX350h Takumi two days before you and was told this week that eta is May 23
  19. Anyone else having difficulty logging into the Lexus Link app or website? I can't log in, and when I clicked on 'forgot password' it said that my email wasn't registered!!
  20. I ordered my 350h takumi on the 12th of February and I have been given an estimated date of May 2023 and it is still showing order in progress on the app
  21. P.s. dont know why my post has loads of white space below text ??
  22. I have heard, via a good friend who knows someone at Lexus uk (so take this just as a rumour at present), that it may not be possible to supply NX350h's in 2023 to those that have already ordered, but not yet had a build date. The suggested solution is to offer an upgrade to a NX450h+ with a big discount. I have asked my friend to try and find out more if possible. Has anyone else heard of this?
  23. Very useful features, looking forward to getting into a defrosted car in winter.
