  1. That was me, 24 plate NX350h with wireless AA.
  2. Had a brand new 24 plate NX350h F Sport today as a courtesy car as mine was in for some work. I can confirm that WIRELESS ANDROID AUTO WORKS on that car, using my Samsung S21+ Tried it again on my car (2023 MY24 NX350H TAKUMI), does not work. Let's hope an OTA update is soon.
  3. Update again. On Tuesday I had the ML amplifier (£3,200+) changed by Lexus as they suspected it was faulty. All OK on way home. Faulted out on an evening journey with exactly the same fault / symptoms. Has cut out again since. Let Lexus know it's still u/s, they are going to contact technical. So, it's either something on the NX which is faulty (power supply to amp insufficient, cables, speakers, etc) or there is a design fault with every ML amp causing it to cut out at high volume. I googled 'ML cutting out' and instantly found 5+ posts from other owners experiencing the same fault. If your ML system cuts out, please ask your Lexus dealer to contact Lexus UK about it.
  4. Another update. Lexus have decided that they are going to change the ML amplifier, no date as yet.
  5. I need Led Zeppelin playing on full volume, you feel the music !!!
  6. So, car was back in today, they removed the centre console and checked amp connections, took photos etc and forwarded the info on to Lexus technical. No fault could be found. Got my car back, drove off, turned on the radio, turned it up and 10 seconds later it tripped out again. Hopefully will end up having a new ML amp fitted.
  7. Had my 2nd keyfob and locking wheel bolts fitted today whilst car was in for service. Nice surprise when I picked my car up.

  10. My NX350H booked in next Friday 2nd Feb for 2nd keyfob AND locking wheel bolts ! Fingers crossed.
  11. Update. This morning Lexus UK technical have done a can bus data download from my car to try to identify the problem. Let's see what they find. They have said that they may have to change the ML amplifier.
  12. Hmmm, lexus insurance quoted me £1,115 Aviva would not quote! NFU quoted £1,280 Direct Line quoted £1,427 I think I had better bite Lexus Insurance's hand off, not going to get it any cheaper I fear.
  13. Insurance expires 22nd of December I had an email from them 30th of November
  14. Just had my insurance renewal come through, I am with Lexus Insurance and have been for 10 years. Last year for my IS300h Premier £618 Renewal for my NX350h Takumi £1,115 Both with same cover, not happy about the price hike, no discount offered on the phone. Will look around, any suggestions??
  15. Had my ML system looked at by dealership, no fault codes to indicate an error, they have not seen this before and have raised a 'Compass Case' with Lexus.

  18. It is very confusing as to why everyone else can not use this feature, but I can? On the 29th March 2023 I had this reply from Lexus Customer Relations when I asked about the Remote Parking :- "However, in answer to the questions you specifically raised, I have received the following confirmation from our Product Department: 1) Will Remote Parking via the app will be available? This is to be determined and confirmed closer to the launch date, so for now no." I assume the 'launch date' refers to when the feature will be available. I took delivery of my Takumi on the 14th July and did not try the Remote Park until the 20th July, which worked first time and has continued to work everytime. As mine worked, I assumed that the feature had already been launched, and thought nothing more about the Lexus CR response.
  19. I always go for the top spec when buying a car, I had an IS300h Premier, now have a NX350h Takumi, as I don't want to regret not getting the full spec if I had a lower model. I also keep my cars for eight to ten years so I want to have all the luxury features for the duration. Obviously a personal preference and I am lucky to have the funds to do it, although my wife still says why don't you get a Toyota Yaris as that gets you from A to B.
  20. I also have a slow puncture in a 20" rft, getting it changed tomorrow at my Lexus dealer, was quoted £370 but got them down to £315 when I showed them the Asda price, ching ching.
  21. Have you tried to use Remote Park to get out of a parking spot when the car is already off and locked? rather than starting remote Park when you are within the vehicle.
  22. Sorry that others on here are having difficulties trying to use this feature. Just incase it's relevant, I am using the 'Remote Park Eurpoe' Android app ver. 1.3.0 on a Samsung S21, which works fine on my car. What are others on here using? Android ? Apple ios? Etc. and what version of the remote park app?
  23. Have you any idea what NG means? You seem to definitely have a MY24 vehicle, with all the correct items in place for it to work. Have you tried deleting the Remote Park app and reinstall? Can't think of anything else now, sorry.

Also Bill, when you open the LexusLink app and then click on 'my garage' it shows you (or should) what your MY is, my vehicle says it's MY24 on the app. Also on that page, click on ' connected services' and ensure that you have all three services enabled. I don't know if any are required for the remote park but that's how I have it set up. again pics to illustrate. Hope it might be of use.
