just uploaded a pic of the 2 plastic door trims that have scuffs on them, will i be only able to get these from a toyota dealer?

Hello Everyone just brought a is 300 and in the service book notes it said that the rear anti roll bar is rusting. does anyone know where i can find a the part needed that isn't a lexus genuine part. they charged me £14 for an oil filter made in china!!! got one a company called japarts.co.uk which sold one by nipparts for £3.30 made in Japan. Thank you in advance guys. also is it ok to remove the heatshields from the exhaust because all the bolts are rusted and makes vibration noises.
