It's really hard for me to hit the fat macros!! Sometimes I don't even get that closw to it!! Protein and carbs are good today!

Today's calorie count starts with a Subway breakfast!!! Spicy Italian with 3 matha cookies oats of course and a latte!!! Mmmmm!!!

So last night I decided to finish off the calories with a scorcher box meal from KFC. STILL LOST WEIGHT and only 10 calories under the total calorie intake.

So it's 4hours my face is still under the affects of the anaesthetic....
