I asked about the fuel filter when I had the 10 year service at Lexus. They said it should be good for the life of the car.

I'm really starting to hate this snow. Finally got my car out of the drive this morning after nearly an hour with the shovel that I had to walk 2 miles to B+Q to get! So got the car to my mates house to watch the footy, tried to parallel park, car started sliding backwards and banged into a kerb. Now I have a nasty kerbed rear alloy! Great!! :(

Hi Graham, You are so right! Only us aficionados know how amazing these cars are. I have 4 other cars, a New Murano V6 3.5, an Audi S5 V6 3.0 turbo Quattro convertible, a Maserati GTS 4.7 and a Subaru Impreza 2.0ltr and the Lexus is my pride and joy!! Nige That's quite some garage :)

That's unbelievable and you can quite clearly see from the photos that that's 2 different cars! Wheels are a dead giveaway!

Not trying to scare anybody fella just relaying the information given to me by Lexus Bristol. Call em if you don't believe me. And they even said no other locksmith can do this but I took that with a pinch of salt as they would say that wouldn't they to get the buisness! And of course there's other ways around it. Get all your bits from a broken is200 for example. Find a decent locksmith as you did. I assume people on forums are grown adults able to make up their own minds and choose their own course of action, not blindly follow whatever anybody says on a forum. Like I said relaying what the Lexus dealer told me that is all

Not always, some did come with 2 button master keys. Basically if it's a black casing it's a master key. We had a huge discussion on here over this a few months back, can't find the thread now. :)

Cos they can Apparently if you bought the individual parts and added dealer labour time then it would be more than £2k. They set a £2k price as it's quite a common problem people losing all their keys.

Last time I was there about £150 or less I can't really quite remember. Not expensive tho for what you save in tyres and worth every penny :)

Yep master key :) As shreksta said a new key will cost u about £160 from Lexus. If you lose all keys to the car then it's a nightmare. Worst case scenario is you'll need a new ECU, new door locks and new ignition barrel and new keys at a cool price of £2000 from Lexus!

Was completely tounge in cheek getting another car for the snow but it's not a totally bad idea. I wouldn't attempt using my car on roads like that with summer tyres but I would hope to be able to drive it on those roads on winters if I had them! I can't even get my lex of the drive at the minute. I either have to get up this hill to reach the main road Or down to the bottom of the street the other way Either way I cannot get the car on to a main road! :(

Yoko A520's... Best tyres I've ever had! Had them on my 95 Primera which had aftermarket 17 inch rims! Sexy looking tyre and sticky as. Only got 11k miles out of them tho and at £200 a corner, not cheap! I got them from Demon Tweekes and the guy there sold them to me as a summer/rain/winter tyre all in one!
