Although in the service schedule Lexus say to replace SK20's every 60k. Not sure I'd run any plug up to 120k but yes I've read they are meant to last that long.
Remember the old CD cleaners. You know the disc that you put in press play and it cleans the lens?
I used one on my head unit when I first got the car. Worked a treat. Might be worth trying that for £2.99 before you replace the unit?
Here you go Noreen. Ian posted up the service schedule just this morning

Aaaaand it's back... Original removed by eBay

When I bought my lex I took 2 mates along... I'm not small and my mates are even bigger.
On the estate where I grew up this was very common. Turn up with a few grand in your pocket to buy a car and there's 4 or 5 meatheads waiting to relieve you of your cash, a few teeth and a couple of pints of blood....
SK20's should last up to 60-100,000 miles.
IK20,s last 20-30,000 miles.
IK20's are a 'performance plug'
only really beneficial if your running boost, i.e. supercharger or turbo.
That has to be the best eBay listing in the history of eBay listings!
Absolutely hilarious! Thanks for that :)
And the bidding is up to £6000 hahahaha...
Yeah they seem to be the right ones. I just can't work out why they are so cheap? :)
These are what I have in mine. They are Denso OEM and are what Lexus would have put in your car at the factory

If it were my money and my car I'd buy these for an extra 20 odd quid :)
Don't know how many times I've posted this now! Lol!!
IS200 is sensitive to plugs and you must use the correct ones. That is Denso or NGK irridium. Denso SK20R11's are OEM. You should be paying about £60-70 for a set of 6. Try and buy cheap plugs and you'll regret it...
