    I'm not going that way Dinho. I go across the M4 then up A420 to Oxford then M40. Just finished cleaning the car. Won't look this good after a 100 mile drive I'm sure lol!

    If you want to talk mpg then Stuart Aspey is your man. He's the mpg expert. The only person I know who has got over 500 miles from 1 tank in an IS200. Look up some of his threads :)

    That's normal mpg. My average is 22mpg but I like the go faster pedal a lot :)

    You'd hate me then lol. I like my music loud! Wakes me up for work in the morning. I wouldn't have it blaring out late st night but in the day time windows down, system up :zee: And I second what Ian said, those scooters drive me crazy!!

    Don't work^ Mine does and always has whined in 4th gear. Got my gearbox oil and diff oil changed at Lexus, no difference in whine. Just gotta live with it

    ^Nope that won't work as a test on an IS200. This car has a Torsen LSD. To know for sure look on your vin plate. There's a long combination of numbers and letters telling you the colour code etc. the last few numbers and letters relate to the differential. If it ends in 'B' you have an LSD. If it ends in 'A' you do not :)

    Mate it's not gonna damage it. Drain the old oil, change the filter and put in the recommended oil. Everything will be fine :)

    Stick to the recommended oil mate. 124k isn't that high a mileage for a 1gfe!

    As Ian says check fuses. This might be miles off but about a month ago my dials didn't light up. What I had done earlier that day was taken the LED dash lights out and put the standard ones back in. I'd forgotten to clip the dimmer switch back in the loom behind the dash. The dash lights don't light up if it's not connected. Just a thought as if the previous owner had put LED's in there and then taken the LED's out before selling? Long shot but you never know!
