That is a absolute joke, insurance companies are getting like banks they think they have the rule of the land over you,The paying motorist. Bombard the AA, RAC and omdbusman.your money your choice

On wheeler dealers they fitted is 200 wheels to a Ls400. And siad there a straight fit, so i am a bit puzzeled as i am after nice rimms myself.

The idle nearly comes to a stand still, i dtove the car for sboug tweenty miles before it csme on again and have done about 20 ok so far ,i find turning of the vcs gives md a break. Going in for a service on fri eve by a toyota machsnic anx he is going to run a diog, so ill keep you posted .Thanks for the great help. Ps is it a big job.

1st check engine then vsc fault othereise drives fine, did have bang on sunday hit a corrola just bumper damage could this be the cause.

HI folks about half an hour ago the LS started to stall on came the check engine message, i turn off then on again all seems ok , temp ok any ideas.

You could check for a loose connection , but i am thinking why the radio not turning of . so one , the connection between head unit and changer two take out cd disks unit and try and clean inside main unit , maybe a computer compressed air job.its worth a try .Good luck

Yes its me again , i only got one key with the Ls it opens the car two presses for the booth , but wont lock the car unless i use the key. Sometimes it locks the car when the keys are in my pocket. I will be getting a new one from a maindealer ag 190.00 euros ouch. ANY IDEAS

I have had a few Bmw 7series and a range rover recently .i loved bemmers and realy liked the rangy then a guy asked if i would swap the 97 rangy for a 99 LS400 , i did not want to untill i drove the LS blew me away quiet refined and fast ,the rangy was a 2.5 diesel and the Lexus is even better on fuel. Could not do the deal fast enough and no cash involed SWEET. Ps i have to buy another one as the misses keep borrowing it.

Hi guys and girls the steering wheel on my 99 LS400 rises and lowers but wont reach and go back there is no sound of motors e c t.Its annoying as i am six six and i would like it back in as far as it goes , Is there a fix. Plus is it true that the alloys of a is200 will pit without any mods...
