My 430 is a non premium pack car so on springs.
The premium pack had air suspension, rear aircon and fridge and parking sensors and was an additional £5k back in 2001
I'm Very glad mine is a non premium pack car.
I can't see it ever being sold.
In the last 3 years I have spent more on the car than it's worth bringing it up to scratch.
LPG conversion
Spraying both bumpers and wing mirrors
General service and maintainence
It's now the cheapest car on the fleet to run and the only one I don't worry about come MOT time
And the rear air con pipes.
The car was my late fathers and I couldn't see it sold when he passed away. It's a 2001 and has now only done 46k miles.
I love going out in it my only fear is being involved in a bump and it being written off.
It's been parked up since the end of October.
It's a non premium car so no issues the the suspension as its on springs luckily. The only thing that goes flat is the battery so I take it off and bring it inside.
As the weather has warmed up a little and the rain has washed all the salt away I thought I would refit the battery to the 430 and get it out of Hibenation.
Just need to fill with gas and then blast the cobwebs out.
Its nice to have her out again it's been a while.
If the level jumps back up periodically then it wont be using both petrol and LPG otherwise the petrol level wouldn't correct itself.
There doesn't seem to be a pattern on the 430 how often it will recalibrate the level with the float.
This has been discussed a few times on here if you search.
