Many years ago I started the Lexus ownership with a green Mark 3 - I had the same problem - drovers seat was cracked where as the others were fine. I ended up buying a replacement seat froma breakers and swapped mine over.

Sounds tempting - or atleast a contender if the LS owners want a change - enjoy - and IIRC you always say we all like pictures!

Looks a nie car - it does look to sitting a little high all around maybe it was set to high suspension when the took the pictures.

Hi phil once you adjusted the tire pressures you need to reset the warning - the button is located just above the pedals - you need to switch on ignition and press and hold the button for a few seconds - hope this helps

I noticed 2 LSs in the video - thats a rare sight!

We are not the only ones - We had 2 struggling BMWs this morning in the family - one decided to stay put despite the rear wheels spinning! - The other managed to move but the driver was scared due sideways manouveres its was pulling that he gave up and came back home 1 mile after setting off. The LS on the other hand is snuggled up under a nice white blanket (of snow). I think it will be even worser tommorrow after the temperatures drop overnight

Hi - Yes is lexus official names - its basically light green with cream leather

What about taking up the issue with the selling dealer? is that an option

I had the same problem on my mark 4 many years ago and ended up removing the phone - car has now moved on but the phone is still sitting somewhere lol!

I've had my 430 for 5 years and occasionally get the urge to change - Ive had a liking for the GS450h for a long time but the common problems have always put me off and often find myself asking why would i change - what is my 430 lacking - the answer is nothing! - For 5 years all I have done is fuel - drive - fuel drive with very little major expense. - this weekend a family member who has never driven it borrowed it and he was blown away by how refined it is - he drove from heathrow to sheffield and commented on how relaxed the drive was and how refreshed he arrived. I would say to the other person is maybe what he really wants is a 430?

I suppose because it’s lhd - if someone is specifically looking for one then this will save them the hassle of importing one etc etc the front looks to be sitting a little low - no sat nav and the wheels are not online with the UK spec wheels

An aftermarket oil cooler solution is being advertised in the well known site.

Hi Martin I have read of a very few cases of the failure you describe. I have had mine for 5 years without any suspension and gearbox problems. I would find a good example with full servce history and carry out some preventative maintenance such as radiator and you should be fine.
