  1. Me too lol - Ive always wanted to make my ls430 perfect ! Have you tried Paul Frost?
  2. mmmmm - I wonder whats causing that - Never had that problem in 6 years of ownership. Is that available as a replaceable spare part?
  3. Me too - I clean all the door, boot and bonnet shuts, under the wipers etc.
  4. Despite owning the 430 for 6 years I still love the Mark 4 - I saw one drive past today and boy did it look good ( I stopped to admire) - The paint was gleaming ( R reg) and it just floated past silently - If i could afford to run 2 cars I would buy one because one thing is for sure and save a piece of history The 430 is a great improvement on the 400 in my opinion. After 6 years I still look forward to a drive and admire the quality of materials and workmanship and I have immense respect for her - I cant think of ANY other car I would feel the same with.
  5. Hi No - just saw it on the internet I also saw that very nice looking Green Mark 4 for sale which had a UK plate amongst others for sale
  6. HI Martin I saw it too - the interior and leather are very dirty - it would be very difficult to bring it back a good standard -
  7. At that mileage I would be thoroughly checking the underside: brakes, suspension, shocks, brakelines, exhaust etc.
  8. thats my kind of car - take it all apart - clean and polish and then put it back together again - got the cash - but no garage or time sadly
  9. Oh dear ! i would suggest you need to pinpoint exactly where the part is before attempting to retrieve it. I would buy one of the flexible WiFi cameras from eBay. - they have a built in light and is only £12.99. Use it to locate where the part is and then decide which tool you need to retrieve it. good luck
  10. Have a read here: https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/115172-broken-coil-spring/
  11. My UK spec 430 has front and rear sensors and tbh I think all UK ones have them
  12. I’ve never seen that in my 430 - perhaps you have self park on yours - it is common for Japanese vehicles made for japan to have extra features
  13. I would find that annoying and unsafe - I would get it checked out
  14. mmmm lovely car ! - we have a 520d msport in the family but its . . . . . . nice to look at I would say - Harsh ride and hard seats - give me a numb bum after a while - not a patch on my oldish 430! Enjoy your new car
  15. Yes - my UK model has it - john is correct above - its for AFS on/off - why? i dont know - never touched it - just left it on
  16. Correct- apparently it was spares and repairs due to age and mileage?
  17. They are in eBay £160 a pair - basically new bushes fitted in used carriers - u simply remove the 2 bolts and replace - I believe you send your bushes back to get a refund
  18. If you are talking about the front lower ones ( big) ones - try pushing your finger into them - if soft i.e finger goes in then they are worn - new bushes are hard hth
