If this is not part of a new aerial then I think your best bet is to source a used one from breakers. If it is indeed a seperate part and you can get hold of a part number then you could se if Amayama can get hold of one

I had a Nokia CK1 in my previous LS430 - the seperate speaker was in the passenger footwell - well hidden. The actual ecu (call it that) was hidden in the panel just above the passenger footwell -If i remember correctly the panel simply pulls off. Mine also had a seperate mic above the courtesy lights and call recieve button was on the blank panel to the left of the steering. Hope this is come hlep

HI This is most likey the motor - I believe the motor is located right at the end of the steering shaft just above the pedals with the shaft facing towards the driver. So if you are good with spanners and working methodically in tight spaces then you could buy a motor and replace it. Before you do it you could try helping the steering telescope (i.e pull or push it) whilst pressing the button to see if it helps. My gut feeling is your steering memory setting is also not working now - thats what happened to me There are new motors available or you could try Paul at Lexus Parts Direct to see if he has any - he was selling refurbished ones at one time
