  1. I have these on my car, not sure if Whifbitz still stock them, but very low dust residue: https://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/porterfield-1166/
  2. You may have more luck with this: https://haywardandscott.com/products/lexus-isf-cat-back-system-without-x-pipe-1
  3. Is that four disks for £150 - are they unused? Thx
  4. Not sure if it is just me, but this thread seems a bit odd - the seller one minute wants to sell the car, then he spends thousands on it and is keeping it, then its for sale, then, if he can't sell it before a trip he will spend more thousands on it and then it's for sale after that. A bit fishy maybe?
  5. Wouldn't a standard IS carpet fit? Worth checking, or if not, vehicle breakers may be your best bet...
  6. This is a nightmare job for a weekend sausage-fingered spanner warrior like me - I can just see all the broken fixings, seared fixing points and lost screws now LOL! I was thinking (when it got bad enough, to just getting a razor blade, to Stanlet knife and cutting the back edges and just peeling them off, leaving the bare shine metal....
  7. What happened to PeterP18 and his car?
  8. That’s the fella! 👍🏻
  9. Hi Rich (and Sean) - sorry I forgot your names… you’re right the ISF is really unique in the Japanese car patheon and definitely isn’t mainstream. I love the weird and wonderful modded cars you get at these events. Not my thing necessarily (although in small amounts I do mod my cars), but it’s great to share time with people who share the same interest and passion (instead of the EV owners and non-car people I usually spend time with at work etc 👍🏻
  10. It was a real pleasure to meet Scott and Shawn (guys hope I got your names right) at Japfest today, what a couple of nice guys with great cars also. I think they may have thought me an 'F badge' non-V8 owner (or 'ISF groupie') with aspirations for owning an ISF, but here I am guys just to prove otherwise, LOL! 🙂 BTW, we got talking and I mentioned one of the early UK ISF owners who did a lot of mods to his car, including putting gauges where the air vents are in the middle of the dash new seats and range of other stuff, he also worked with Hayward & Scott in their X-pipe exhaust for the ISF (unless that was someone else). I think he lived in Kent, but I've forgotten his name... but he was trying to sell his ISF for a while but I think kept it as he wasn't getting the offers he wanted for it. Is he still around, and what became of his ISF out of interest? Cheers
  11. If they are for a RHD car quite possibly, but the ad doesn't say whether LHD or RHD?
  12. I made one of my infrequent trips onto Autitrader this week and was surprised to see a couple of late (with the new gauge cluster) ISFs for sale in the 15-17k GBP price range, and with reasonable mileages. Admittedly the lowest price one was a Cat S, but even so it seems prices are on bit of a slide for the ISF since I looked about a year ago. Is that a correct assessment, or just with this week's choice on Aurotrader?
  13. What a bunch of short-sighted idiots not providing values for cars over ten years' old LOL!
  14. This is what I have in my ISF: https://www.modinjapan.com/toms-racing-japan-air-cleaner-super-ram-ii-drop-in-air-filter-for-lexus-is-f-rc-f-and-gs-f-17801-tsr35-tms-17801-tsr35.html
  15. Out of interest, which battery in that link is compatible with the ISF, and does it have an accompanying app you can manage it with? Also, generally, what are the advantage of these batteries given the massive price hike over normal ones? Thanks
