  1. Just loving this colour and interior combination ...
  2. All good advise above ...not Much to add..prices can be dictated by colour combination and wheel choice, factory wheels are best to my mind and the strong blue, red, silver colours with light interiors are the way to go.....only downside of the Ivory leather is its shows it's age yet all the black leather cars I've ever seen all look like brand new inside . Dark leather also mean dark headlining ...so can feel a little claustrophobic or snug , light interiors feel ariy and maybe stay a bit cooler on the legs in the summer The UK has a negative thing about high mileage cars so you could get a bargain if you go over the 100k but make sure it has Lexus service history and make sure all the big jobs have been done ....timing belt, tyres, ball joints ,shock absorbers .
  3. Car had its first claybar and wax today .....

  5. Decided to upgrade to the facelift SC430 so here is my old silver car and the new one.... Its an early 2006 model so has the cheaper road tax bracket £305 not £525. colour is Montrose Blue Pearl with a Rutland Cream leather interior.
  6. If fluid has started leaking past the piston and coming out in the rubber boot it's time to take some quick action !......go for an exchange caliper as suggested by Tigerfish , my choice of company is https://brakeparts.co.uk/ I've used them before and their prices are very good

  9. Messi why not put your blue SC in for this magazine shoot ...we know the paintwork is in tiptop condition.
  10. They would be ok with the star centre cap but the dinner plates you can keep !
  11. I would sell them if I found something I fancied but nothing about at the moment.
  12. Not for me but if any other members with an original car fancy it ...be my guest
  13. As we know the dinner plate wheels are not our cars best feature
  14. I'm in north Kent but don't have original wheels.

  18. The lambda sensor is not a bad job with the correct socket and as you say TMPS is easy to get to as the trim all pulls out by hand , I had two or three goes shorting out the connections to get the light out ,been ok for for 10months so far ......and the TMPS system not an not Mot requirement only after 2012
  19. It's a very subtle 4 box system its more of a classic car system than a sports jobbie......should outlast the car
