  1. Many members over the years have just fitted the space saver spare without the bracket. It’s a tight fit in the hole so no real need to lock it in place . Pull the half circle foam trim out the boot and see how the wheel fits, try it both ways around . when I fitted mine i cut a cardboard template the same size as the grey boot mat, then cut away the cardboard until it fitted flat in the boot around the spare. Then laid the cardboard template over the grey boot mat, and cut it with a jigsaw.
  2. In America these are side marker lights, amber at the front and red at the back . With LED’s being popular now, they are sold with clear covers and coloured bulbs . They are also available as clear lens with white bulbs . Think they all come from the States 👍🏻
  3. Couple of options ….previous and current SC’s….
  4. Colour choice is very personal, neutral like grey, silver or gold, then do the brakes hubs as well.
  5. Welcome to the club 👍🏻 This was a previous thread on the subject …… https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/133858-no-abs-or-vsc-on-sc430help/ You need to get yourself (or borrow) a code reader and see what the fault codes are. Two lines of thought ….rear driveshaft reluctor rings or oxygen sensors in exhaust ….get the codes read to be sure 👍🏻
  6. Well you’ve given yourself an extra job now ! ….calliper painting 😉
  7. Yuasa is the best option for the SC430’s….have fitted only fitted Yuasa to all my cars in recent years 👍🏻
  8. Excellent….thats sure filled out the wheel arches 😉 what’s the lock to lock clearance on the front inner wings like ?
  9. Got a feeling it might need this sort of slim nut …… https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/283357486360
  10. Think the spec Neil put up was what each car has as wheel nuts. The Lexus will be M12 x 1.5 wheel nut thread regardless of wheel fitment. Tricky bit is finding a M12 x 1.5 that fits down the Maserati slim will nut holes. The 21mm head original nut won’t fit, so maybe a 19 or 17mm head nut might be required .
  11. I had some trim damage to the Centre console when got my previous car back ☹️ So try give the job a good look over before you leave the dealer. In contrast, many members on a previous Lexus forum had no problem at all 👍🏻
  12. What are the dimensions ? ….May need to sort out some wheel nuts 👍🏻
  13. This is carbon fibre silver.
  14. Wrapping the dash and window switch panels has been done many times over the years, it’s all down to personal preference. For me I like the "classic" dark wood look, yet others like a more modern carbon fibre look.
  15. I notice the stag is colour coordinated white with the garage 😉
  16. If they are the standard SC430 wheels, spec should read .. PCD 5 x 114.3 Diameter 18" Offset 45 spec should be embossed on the back of the wheel spokes 👍🏻
  17. Excellent news…not the lemon you first thought then ! 👏🏻👏🏻
  18. Do you lock it with the remote or just with the key ? Car battery will last longer with just the key .
  19. Get marine grade in stainless steel 👍🏻
  20. You’ve got to love a routine …no surprises to worry about 😉
  21. Have heard of another belt jumping that was a recently replaced item, all a bit odd as it has a hydraulic tensioner so sets its own tension. Let’s hope it’s not a new problem .
  22. Excellent news 👏🏻👏🏻
  23. This should make sence 👍🏻 Push up and in Clips at top…screw holes bottom .
