Will endeavor to have a look tomorrow, can't get it in my garage at the moment unfortunately, decided to replace some water hoses on the Esprit, waiting for delivery of parts so can't move it, and other side has the aprilia and lots of Epos stuff that I deal with, got to be done on the driveway, no worries if the weather is good, not big on getting cold and wet🤔😕💦

Yes, think you're right Colin, if the crap weather gts better tomorrow, I will have a tinkers, this is the first thing that has ever gone wrong with the engine. Couldn't believe it!

Strange that the accelerater pedal, seems to not work at all untill it hits a harder push, can actually feel the pedal harder to push, revs and gearbox are all over the place

Yes it does, is that sensor located at the rear of the throttle body?

So VSC and ?TRC OFF and engine light all light up, acceleration has gone, plugged in reader and code P1120 comes up, anyone else had this problem?

Where can I get some proper sill spray? The rubbery uneven spray that's on the bottom half of the sills, all the stone chip spray that l have bought, is a smooth finish.🤔

So the problem was this: from the washer bottle there is a plastic pipe that connects into some type of junction box ( couldn't see it that well from underneath) this was just hanging on, but this pipe continues to the other side of the car and connects to another round junction box thing, this pipe had fallen off completely, so yeah, guess that they had frozen and that cause the problem. Hassel to get to these pipes, but managed to push them back on, and job done !🍺

So the bottle was empty, no water coming out of the jets , filled it up only to see water pouring out under the off side front of the car, I can only assume the pipe from the filler bottle goes under the front of the radiator somewhere and has broken?

Mine has the Areo kit with the 18inch alloys, has headlamp washers, and the sat nav, have always wondered if a fuel computer was another option, as mine doesn't have it?

Seriously, the brakes on a is300 should be fine, get yours looked at, or strap a mattress to the front of the car😂

Why even consider a manual? The is300 auto is sweet🍰

Don't get it, the brakes on an is300 are great, so make sure the calipers work properly, maybe fit new discs and pads, bleed system, hey presto🏎️

So both rear sills need to be replaced, both bumpers could do with a repaint, 5 to 600 ? How much are these cars worth? Guess this is why cars are scrapped..☹️ shame but reality.

Buy a cared for is300 and enjoy it for what it is, if you want something else, then go and buy something else.
