Sorry to the op, misunderstood, found this article though UNFORTUNATELY I'M UNABLE TO ATTACH A COPY OF THE PROCEDURE, BUT THE TASK IS QUITE SIMPLE. FIRST REMOVE THE UPPER CONSOLE BOX COVER. THIS IS THE TOP PIECE WITH THE VENTS TOWARD THE BACK.IT HAS 6 CLIPS. JUST USE A SCREWDRIVER THAT IS TAPED ON THE END, AND SEPARATE IT FROM THE MAIN CONSOLE BOX. NEXT, YOU NEED TO REMOVE 2 SCREWS AND 4 BOLTS THAT ATTACH THE MAIN CONSOLE BOX TO THE FLOOR.THE 2 SCREWS ARE LOCATE AT THE FRONT BEHIND A CAP ON THE SIDE. POP THE CAPS OFF AND REMOVE THE SCREWS. NEXT, ABOUT 5 INCHES BACK OF THE AREA WHERE THE SCREWS WERE, THERE IS A PLASTIC COVER PLATE. ITS THE ABOUT THE SAME WIDTH AS THE BOX. POP THE PLATE. THERE YOU WILL SEE 2 BOLTS. THE OTHER 2 BOLTS ARE LOCATED IN THE REAR WHERE THE BACK VENT IS LOCATED ON TOP. THATS IT. GOOD LUCK.

Sounds like the drain holes are blocked at bottom of windscreen. Make sure your footwells are dry also, as replacement windscreens are known to leak, finally change the pollen filter.

Haven't done an ign barrel on a lexus, so couldn't have helped sorry, only done my clocks so far.

Dont permanently stick them on please!, for one thing you need to remove them to have a new tyre fitted. Also if anyone tries to steel them again, your'e likely to have a damaged alloy as well as a missing cap.
