  1. Definitely interested in your old ones Ian, Thankyou.
  2. You are more than welcome Ian. Anything you need there's always someone on here who can help.
  3. You have just put the final puzzle piece in place, definitely the wrong clocks, as that's the exact fault i had swapping clocks over for later ones. Buy the xe-01 and you will be sorted. The downside to the car having the wrong clocks is you now don't know the true mileage of the car...Unless there's paperwork documenting the swap......You might be as well checking MOT history on the government website.
  4. Definitely the wrong clocks for a 99 model then Ian.
  5. Looking at this thread and from personal experience a 99 model should have xe-01 speedo. That will explain why lights wont come on. See this thread Ian. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/55691-is200-speedo-cluster-help/
  6. The mileage is stored in the clocks so would change im afraid. Ian. Could you put a pic up of your existing clocks Ian. Is the little mpg guage at the top or bottom??
  7. By the way if you buy new clocks and the old ones are faulty. I would buy the faulty ones from you. I turn them into these So far done altezza one for shed, next lexus one for sons bedroom.
  8. Yes the clocks have to be the same, Easiest way to tell is the number on bottom of central dial...XE-01 ect. Which yours should be if i'm not mistaken. Don't be tempted by these type as they do not work in is200 properly without a lot of re-wiring http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Lexus-ALTEZZA-Speedometer-Speedo-Clock-IS200-RARE-JDM-IMPORT-/221269726384?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3384b414b0
  9. Hello Darren ,welcome to the club.
  10. Hi Mike, thanks for your input. With that amount of fraud you have experienced i don't blame you for being extra careful. I am very careful with my personal details online ect, but regarding my reg plate, it is available for anyone to see 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. Yes it's a risk but no worse than people seeing it on the road. Ian.
  11. As far as i'm concerned feel free Chris, Last time i did it on personal request from another member.
  12. Just a few random pics taken by my wife. My personal favourite of the day...Christoo's sc430 [/uR [/u [/uR
