    Sorry, I know some people have used the merc, eaton supercharger as a replacement, or when assembling their own kit. The mounting cradle seems to be the most troublesome to source.

    I always used fully synthetic 5w30 in my old is200, never caused any problems for me.

    The bigger battery will fit fine, i had one fitted to my old is300 before it went bang,(used it in my is200 after as well with no problems) .

    That picture wasn't what Adam linked to sorry. Just having a browse through their site and came across it. That was a jeep cherokee they did. The volvo boot with the none fitting boot carpet stood out too. As you say why post dodgy looking pics on your own site??????? Hope yours turns out okay and the others are just because some cars are easier to convert than others.

    If you mean a supercharged IS, then yes it's real and there are quite a few about. The full kit was available from tte some years ago.

    As above always use new head bolts on re-assembly.I know some cars they can be re-used but i never did.

    Not on my lexus but had a set on my old S1 RST and the cosworth .they were an excellent bit of kit.

    Firstly welcome to the club, The noise to me sounds like exhaust manifold gasket leak, especially as it sounds louder when you move closer to left side.
