  1. The speedo ones are plug and play. These one's are the best i found. http://www.crazyleds...apless-LED.html http://www.crazyleds...sh-fit-led.html
  2. There's a pic of blue here. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/35044-led-speedo-cluster-conversion-group-buy/ white is clearer though.
  3. I was't saying anything about companies like profess, who have had glowing reviews from members and it shows in their workmanship. I was talking about the installers who don't seem to mind how tidy/well installed their systems look. Not to mention drilling structural parts of the car. I Know you didn't Ian but others might not read it the same way, I wasn't having a go you. No offence taken Mike. :) life's to short to be serious about everything.

  5. That's definitely corrosion damage, could have been a different outcome if it corroded any more and blew off at speed. I'd say it should be covered under warranty as it's a safety issue as well. If they are willing to do repair, make sure all 4 are done as others are no doubt suffering as well.
  6. There seems to have been a fair bit of drilling of bodywork been done, especially strut tops. Also not the neatest install. Please don't take my comments personally, just an observation. If you are happy that's all that counts. It's just a testament to today's way of thinking by some companies, Get the job done quick and get the money, Then there's others like Mark's installers who actually take pride in their work.
  7. The only way to be 100% sure is match number exactly. As you have found there were changes to connectors, pin numbers moved round ,ect..
  8. Sorry missed your reply, It's not damaging to the engine IF it's only exhaust gasket, would say around £100-150 to fix depending on how much needs removing to get to it. Also will depend on garage doing work. Ian.
  9. Truthfully only benefit i have noticed is the saving with never having to buy another....when it gets dirty wash and replace. might be another couple of hp but not noticeable,

  13. Sorry i couldn't be 100% sure but most things wiring wise change after 2000 (pin positions in the plugs), so that could be why different part number. If you can find a unit from a 2001 onwards model you should be ok.
