Hey Everyone
Just noticed im missing the the plastic trim for the roof gutter on my passenger side. Not sure where it went maybe it was nicked???
Any ideas where i could get one? its colour coded in red.....

Struggled to find this anywhere so thought i would just say, if you dont have HID's on your is200 then do it.
The kit was fitted in under 20 minutes and im no mechanic or even a keen diy'er!
Bulb out, plug in HID's mount ballast with cable ties and your done. OK so im not as neat as some people but the ballasts are secure.
Above all that the kit was £48 delivered from HIDS4u (35w slim digital ballast)
Im a very happy bunny

think i was lucky just kind of wiggled it a bit a side at a time and it came off.

I just paid 3.5k for a mint 2002 se on '51 albeit from a dealer (non lexus) has full lexus history inc timing belt. I know that it was expensive but thought it would be worth it for the right car for me.
its down to personal judgement but history will increase its value.

I read on another page you can do it from outside the boot, push lense up and push to the side?
giving it a bash later to fit some leds and cant be bothered stripping my bootlid down

got them for £47.99 delivered from hids direct found them good to deal with in the past.
thanks for your input guys

cheers motty,
did people flash with 35w hids you had? my previous hids were fantastic on my *cough* mondeo but caused people to flash and i cant be bothered with that again.

im looking to get some hids this week for my is200, which kit would be best? im thinking 6000k but not sure on 35w or 50w does anyone have any experience of which is best as its only £7 difference from hid direct.

I agree, check for sticking caliper or slide pin(s).
excuse my ignorance but it dosnt shake when im braking, could it still be a sticky caliper?
also is it likely to be front or rear?
thanks again

Hi Guys
My IS200 seems to shake on the motorway above 60mph. I had the front wheels balanced but this didnt seem to help the gearstick also waggles about at this speed. The steering wheel dosnt shake so im a bit confused.
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

Thanks in advance

Hi Tommy
Called them earlier.....£150 for oil and filter? Dosn't seem much of a discount to me but he said you get a voucher for £150 of your next major service.
Think i will use my trusty independant

Heard it again, just for anyone wanting to know they are offering 50% off your service and next years free! Im calling up to get booked in later :)

Sorry to Hijack the thread but im thinking of fitting a pioneer touch screen single din. If i purchase the fascia and iso/ amp by pass cable how will it sound as i read the speakers run at different ohms?

Hi
Recently got my is200 and really enjoying it.
After work yesterday got into car and heard the end of an advert for discounted servicing at Lexus Glasgow on Clyde one. Has anyone got anymore details on this by any chance?
Thanks
Marc
