I have a CLS55 and all i can say its amazing on take off, it feel much quicker then the ISF, but the ISF top end is amazing especially when it opens up after 3500rpm, so both are probably equal 0-60. The sound on the AMG is far better then the ISF, i said that even when i had the ISF. I was looking at Jags too.. but just didnt seem as attractive as ISF or the CLS. Drive wise the merc is effortless, spend £1200 on a remap, 84mm SC pulley change, x pipe, 2nd cat n res delete your looking at 550bhp with over 600torque. Thats a super car killer (tested). I love the AMG. But guess what.. there is just something about the ISF one cant expalin. And thats why i want another.

UK is flooded with CCTV so im sure they will find it.. just a matter of time.

Do your full reasearch about 63's with headbolt issues before hand. I did mine and got a amg with a 55 engine instead.

If its in the last week of september id be down. Dont have a isf anymore but would love to see a few again.

I was running a Yaris 1.4d4d as my daily drive and F was a weekend toy. It wasnt because of the mileage going, simply because after a hard week of graft at work i wanted to get into a machine that would. . . Lets say put a smile on my face. All my sports cars have been weekend or special occasion drives. I think if i drove them daily id get bored very quick (thats just me).

Its hard to find a front slpitter, i tried for months but they are all in the USA or Asia. The Lexon one looks the best IMHO. A smooth subtle finish.. but at the cost of almost 1500 delivered to my door, nope not having it. If i ever went to any of these countries i would defo bring a few back and sell them here because majority of ISF owners would want it i think.

When i broke the news about the ISF to my Mrs. . . All i herd for 10mins was "WTF 5.0". Now she kicks me for selling it.

Nonway they paid that in px.. they dont call em stealers for no reason. Id say if it advertised for 44, they px'd for 32-35. But if they advertised it for 35k, they px'd it at 28ish. I spoke to a lexus dealer in Birmingham once and he told me a secret that "we would not px a car unless we were making 7k on it in px" (thats for cars over 20k). Not saying that every dealer is like that, but it kinda gives you a indication they trying to get you over a barrell. People like Dr's and most rich people with all due respect dont give a crap about losing out, they just dont want the hassel of selling. So dealers welcome them with open arms lol. Sales team probably fight over who will serve them lol.

The grey is starting to grow on me! Pics of grey come out so mean for some reason. But in the flesh i still prefer white, that pearl effect has its own attitude

Hi guys, this is for a friend who has a 51 reg is200se auto. He told me if he is parked up idle for about 15mins his temperature needle jumps north and he can smell a dry engine smell (his words), im asuming its a burning smell, and then when he decides to pull off, the car hesitates to pull off judering/jerking for a moment then drives fine. Any thoughts?

yep agreed.. saw a nice 58 black on the AT other day at 19995, looks like its sold,, had odd 50k on it.. looked amazing. if i was ever to get a Merc it'll be a CLS55 or 63. lovely cars.. not sure about reliability, but look slick.

Just thought id sahre this.. since i was looking last year to when i sold my ISF in Jan.. ive never seen 16 ISFs advertised in one go on the AT. Not that im moaning.. because im looking to get back in one soon.. regreted selling my last one.. and nothing seem to tick all the boxes apart from this whale of a machine. Question is do you think more will get advertised?

Yeh i herd the 3.0v6 TT was a engine they may intoduce to the new toyota supra which is due this year. I think thats a perfect mid range engine if they did go for it. Would love to see min 350bhp from it. And i do think that would be more popular choice with the average public. Personally i would go for that if it was available (and tweek the crap out of it lol) Must the new LC is a corker.
