The saga goes on!
Admiral sent the statement and details over to Amlin, the insurance company of the third party. They haven't responded and its been 3 weeks.
Apparently, they don't have to respond and it'll automatically go to court after that.
I'd report that to be honest.
They're getting overly anal about a wiper blade if its not torn or split.
If that happened to me, I would royally take the mick. In other words, leave the car in front of the entrance to the ramps, take the keys and go "looking" for a wiper blade somewhere else and come back 2 hours later.
No idea but it doesn't look like the LF1 and it doesn't look like the Lexus boat so no idea what it is.
Unless it's a gold coloured LCF with some heavy bonnet treatment
They're fully entitled to say it may return 48mpg as unfortunately the figure is around 54mpg.
I should add that this is quite possible providing you are really delicate with your right foot.
Remember that you can set the car to around 53-55mph depending on how accurate the speedo is compared to GPS and you usually get anywhere between 5-10% leeway so theoretically you can do about 60mph indicated on speedo before you'll be flagged.
Yep should be repairable.

Whilst I agree regarding the fact that neutral forces the brakes the operate mechanically, I have not tried it due to the risk of losing control of the speed as such, especially down a hill.
Slamming the brakes on at 50mph does the trick anyway. I don't do it often anymore, maybe once a month and its OK but my car is garaged.
Mine is currently on about 26.7mpg. Blame the heavy foot and town driving.
On the motorway, I get about 32-33mpg but I dont hang around.
I have driven sedately on a few occasions - a steady 60mph cruise on A roads and I have managed to get around 38-40mpg but it required a bit of patience and a lot of planning.
The main one is the 60k with the spark plug change, hence why the price is quite high.
But yes, Lexus essential care seems to do the main things anyway but not the spark plug change but I think that is about £200.
Whether they're working or not isn't usually the issue.
Its their sensitivity. If the sensor isn't sitting correctly, or working as it should, they won't be the same as they were before.
Main things to look out for really are that everything fits smoothly, there's no odd wind noise at speed and that the wipers, LKA and sign recognition is working correctly. Sometimes they end up putting the wipers too high or not adjusting them correctly so they can hit the a pillar each swipe
