  1. £36995. Lexus dealers always have £500-1k to play with.
  2. Blue with grey it'll be Ridiculous pricing either way Should be closer to £35-36k
  3. Run flats are still awful even now. Much better than 10 years ago but they can't get away with defying physics. The sidewalls are designed to hold the car up so are much stiffer than a normal tyre Merc put runflats on the early w205 C class models and they were quickly dumped by the manufacturer and the owners
  4. They're good but extremely expensive. A good system off Amazon shouldn't cost more than £140. Viofo for one
  5. No car will turn off the brake lights if it's on hold. It's not a Lexus thing and it's also a safety thing. If coming up to a junction at 60mph it's easier to see a car with brake lights on when in hold than if it doesn't have them on. It can give the illusion that the car is still moving if not
  6. Lexus Leeds discount them and then add an admin fee. But the admin fee is £1 a month or thereabouts so it works out much cheaper regardless. I paid £700 for 4 services on the UX300e. For the RX they quoted £300 less than the individual advertised price if I went for a service plan
  7. I agree. When we used to play 10-15 years ago, half of this stuff didnt happen. There are way too many players falling over after a simple barge. I think some contact should be allowed. I have no problem with players barging others out of the way but the "owww he touched me" and falling to the ground is too much. For example the Sterling penalty was attrocious. Its a dive every time. If you run between two players I dont understand what the opposition are expected to do? Move out of the way perhaps and just let the opposing team score?! Utterly ridiculous
  8. As always way too much hype when it comes to England play. None of the game looked particularly calculated and they were running around like frantic chickens at times. Denmark initially looked pretty strong but I don't think they're on the same league as Italy. After the 60th minute they switched entirely to defensive play with no intention of getting through to the final which was quite obvious for all to see. This style of play made England look a lot better, i.e. more offensive. One pretty poor decision by the referee sealed the game. The hype needs to rest, the players need to put their head down and get the job done. If there's something about luck, it runs out, often when it's most needed
  9. Well it appears they are very much up. My son sold his Merc C180 for £9300 privately last year at 77k miles. Its since been sold at 81k miles for £10250 on ebay. Nice little profit for the next owner. His Jag he PXed for £13.5k and that was higher than the valuation. Its PX value is now £14.5k. Even when I look at my RX PX value. Its 5 years old and cost me £23k so far after discounts.. £383 a month which personally I think is outstanding for a large SUV which was almost £56k new. The only problem I have is, I dont want to get rid of it as I cant think of anything to replace it with. Hence, Im waiting for the new RX500h to drop next year
  10. I personally think it looked better than it was simply because Ukraine arent as great a team as many teams who are already out. The group stages were very much in their favour, in fact it appears the whole tournament has been but maybe thats just the cynic in me! If they dont win this year I dont think England ever will!
  11. Mine also does the same. Its the motor whine. nothing to worry about. All of my RX's have done it
  12. Theres no colour code for the trim pieces. You just buy a new one. They shouldnt be very expensive and are very easy to replace
  13. I mean, The rest of the world and automotive industry disagree with you including myself. They are extremely reliable. More so than Korean vehicles. Period.
  14. Its probably been into the "workshop" hasnt it. The wheels have been refurbed. Someones been at it with a relatively harsh compound to cause that trailing. I mean, it wouldnt put me off the car. But I'd be sending it to a detailer before delivery and certainly expecting a decent discount off list for that!
  15. The paint on the Black GSF on sale is shocking. Buffer trails all over it easily seen on the video on every panel. I dont know if the valeting monkeys have had their hands on it but I wouldnt be touching that unless its been to a detailer.
  16. Amazing! It usually is Mercury Grey that they use on trim pieces. Even the GSF I believe has mercury grey mirrors
  17. The plastic parts won't have one they get painted from wherever they're bought from so no colour code.
  18. 70% chance the colour of the trim is Mercury Grey. Try ordering a bit off eBay and see if it works. If not might need a new piece
  19. Usually only go for Goodyear or Michelin. Never had any issues. The RX has Bridgestones on but the size is very awkward so dont really have any choice but theyve been perfectly fine to be honest although they wear out quick. My RX is on 38k miles. Ive already changed the front tyres twice and the rears are due out soon.
  20. Try some dry PTFE lubricant. Last a lot longer and wont attract dirt / dust
  21. Possibly but it'll never get that in winter anyway. Yes I suspect the base 350h would be somewhere near £38-39k. A decent specification it'll be around £45-47k. The RAV4 PHEV costs £51k here so I would imagine the NX to cost more than that at £55k for the 450h+ therefore knocking on RX territory
  22. So its a huge improvement on the current NX. Both inside and out. A lot of design features from the IS make it through. We wont be getting the non-hybrid versions however, NX350h and NX450h+ should be plenty of choice and I believe the NX350h should be perfectly fine with its power output. The 450h+ suggests 36 mile range. Thatll be closer to 30miles I suspect the new NX will start at £38k and be around £50-55k for the 450h+. Unlikely to have discounts in the first year and probably £3-4k thereafter. The door handles are really interesting inside and out. Fixed handle and a covert interior opener!
  23. The interior additions also appear to have coloured ambient lighting and a new infotainment system entirely going by the videos called Lexus Interface. Theres a rear view system similiar to what was shown on the Jaguar XE whereby a camera is located in the rear end to see objects behind you clearly even if 3 tall passengers are in the back seats and a full digital instrument cluster Multispoke wheels on the NX350 AWD shown are 20"
  24. A little less than that but yes thats the theory that Ive been using Ive had an RX300, 3RX450h, 4RX450h, UX300e, IS300e spanning over 15 years now. The only problem I had was the IS300h infotainment dying after battery change. Repair bill £4k. An email to Lexus UK stating that I have been a long term customer, have a car with full Lexus service history and expect the infotainment to last the lifetime of the car rendered a repair bill of £500 - Bloody bargain!
  25. To be fair, the main mechanical bits are included. The general gist of it seems to be that wheels/tyres/paintwork and rubber parts arent included
