  1. I saw a sticker on my gearbox with a date on it reading 02-14 whiles looking under my Is 200 se Manual drive. Considering that my car is an 04 reg, does this mean that I have to change the gear oil after 10 years which coincides with this 02-14 sticker. If not please can anyone tell me how often the gear oil need to be changed on the Is 200 Manual drives. Thank you.

  2. Your problem sounds like exactly what I had about two years ago. I can safely tell you that there is may be a leak on the radiator somewhere which is difficult to see. If your water level is dropping constantly then you definitely need a new radiator. Good luck.

  3. Before you do anything, have a good look at the radiator or let a mechanic have a good look at the radiator for you. Sometimes very small leakages in the radiator are difficult to notice. If your radiator is more than five years old then definitely have a look first and check all the hose pipe joints before you start looking at other causes. I had exactly the same problem until a small leakage was detected at the bottom right corner (standing infront of the car) of the radiator. Fixing a new radiator will be less expensive than new engine, head gasket etc. Hope this helps.
