Someone has already been too look at this one recently I think. Its last MOT had a long list of advisories that would need close inspection, it has also sat around for at least the last year and before that it hasn't done much and if kept on grass once again it will need careful and close inspection of the underneath. My advice would be to leave this one alone. What were you thinking of paying? Mike.

Hi and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. I cant help with your present queries but I'm sure someone will be along ASAP. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike.

You worry to much. When I had my first car modified I was told it wont last, your engine will blow up, if your in an accident your car is more likely to blow up, all of which was based on nothing, there are thousands of LPG filling point and in all the 16 years I have been LPG I have never been without a filling point for LPG. I am paying 44p at the moment which is still way under half of petrol prices. I have traveled all over this country, north south east & west I have also travelled all over Europe, France, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and I have probably missed a couple out and I have always found LPG without a problem. It is a lot easier to find in some continental countries. So I am not worried. One of the reasons that BP are showing sales in a downward slide is they are far to expensive.

Hi Mike and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. From what you say it sounds like you need to give this a wide birth unless of course you have a deep pit of money. A car bought for a few hundred now can and probably will cost thousands. It doesn't take long to rack up the numbers. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike.

Hi and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. If you are going to go for an LS400 you need a MK4 which is considered to be the best LS ever built for reliability & comfort. You need to go over them with a fine tooth comb as there are plenty that glitter in the pictures but when you get under the skin horror stories wait to catch the unwary. Get yourself a gooden with a FSH and she will last you forever. Worth giving the West Midlands a wide birth. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike.

These babies that come along without so much as a by your leave, I have seen even cats, dogs and other various pets being thrown out because one of these things are on the way or have arrived. These people often become susceptible to allergies as well. We bought a family up and apart from buying a bigger house to house them all in I don't think we made any changes, certainly never sold a car because of them.

Welcome to the LOC Hi Dave and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. I have had my Lexus Mk4 LS400 converted to run on LPG. I have had her for five and a half years and she has done around 150K and in the time I have had her a number plate lamp replaced, the V section on the exhaust system needed repairing £45 then apart from service itens tyres etc that is it and you will find the same story over 95% of Lexus owners. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Mike -
