I don't think its any of the replies so far. I know you have a diesel but our petrol engines always put out white smoke or more correctly steam especially during cold winter days, its just the build up of condensation within the exhaust system and soon disappears once the car has warmed up. There is no smell to the cloud coming out of the exhaust and there would have been if a head gasket had gone or was going and the colour of the smoke would have a blue haze to it and stink of engine death. If you had a brand new Bentley, Ferrari, Bugatti or Rolls Royce they all do it. Mike.

Hi Kenny and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike

What about someone breaking one on Ebay, there are several at the moment. Correct me if I am wrong but the wood inside an LS is actual wood and not wood effect like lots of other so called prestige manufacturers which would make it expensive for a 3rd party to make...

My views on the subject are well known and documented there is no point me just keep repeating myself. With regards to my suggestion that we edit out any links that other members who are not as knowledgeable on the subject because they may be new to the the LOC, it was just a suggestion, it maybe that you don't agree with it, that's OK you may well have a suggestion of your own then please put it forward. Mike.

He was banned under his aliases for abusive and threatening language among many other things. Regarding other members who you think are traders if they haven't got Gold membership perhaps you would let the moderators know who these members are. Do you remember posting this Jim................... "hope your not going to let that nice white LS go to lexus chap, it would be marked for the rest of it's life as a " DUDley " special"
