  1. I'm not a lover of modded cars, mainly because most of them look so bad but the above is also bad but in another diredtion. That is just amazing.
  2. Calm gentlemen calm, we all love the same thing.
  3. Hurry as there is already a waiting list. https://drivetribe.com/p/ive-seen-some-bad-bodykits-in-my-PE8Hah9SRzCbZHd5Vz-4_Q?iid=ffmnx4KUTc-9vQPQZiojHA&utm_campaign=main+&utm_medium=fb&utm_source=organic
  4. I have always said that if it is a legal requirement the same as Road Tax then it should be supplied by the government and not allowed to be sold via private companies.
  5. I am with Geoffrey otherwise known as Chaucer and it went up £13 extra which I am more than happy with.
  6. On cars that I have come across with this problem its always been the main pin that goes through the hinge.
  7. I love it when people try and write what a sound is and "Boinging" is up there with the best.
  8. Not as advertised its down too them to provide return P&P. Just let ebay know and Ebay will refund you and get the money back themselves. You'll be OK just need to be patient.

  10. Hi Alex and welcome to the LOC. We are a friendly bunch so please don’t hold back asking questions big or small should you have any problems with your car. We always welcome ideas on how to overcome problems with our cars but as they are the finest cars in the universe they don’t go wrong that often. Great looking car. Happy Lexus Motoring. Mike.

  12. Great looking car. I had one but it had the small 2 litre engine and although it was very reliable it did need a bigger engine. I had it convcerted to LPG and I did 150K in it I bought it with 75K on the clock. I sold it to a friend and its past 300K now and still going strong on the same engine and auto gearbox. If I couldnt buy the Lexus I wanted I would have no problem getting another one of those but with the 3 litre engine.
  13. Just seen an advert on TV for the LC, looks great.
  14. Thats strange as I have driven LPG cars which includes a car for my wife for the last 16+ years and I have never had any valve problems with any of them. If they have the harden valve seats which have been done on modern engines since before the loss of leaded petrol on the forcourts then you wont get any problem so what ever it was burning your valves it was a;most certainly not LPG.
  15. This thread started out in a friendly manner and then suddenly went into a nasty downward trend. We pride ourselves that this is a friendly forum and 99.99999% it is. We are all rightly welcome to our ideas and if you dont like what I use or my ideas then yes say so but in a friendly manner. Lets play friendly and if it isnt stopped I will lock the thread.
  16. In spite of the recent rumour that Profess had closed down I spoke with Andrew nyesterday and nothing could be further from the truth. They are having the workshops upgraded and reopen for installations again the 2nd week in August, they are however still open for the sale of LPG and minor repairs. I didnt ask him regarding the winding up documents with companies house as it is a matter between him his accountant, creditors, etc and has nothing to do with me or anyone else but its not unusual if you have more than one company to pull them all together under one roof. The main thing is Profess are still there.
  17. Nope hes an American whose only experience of motor vehicles are cars with engines as big as a house, engines that produce miniscule amounts of BHP and can only go in a straight line. I understand hes doing it for the money but hes not very good at it and while the BEEB insist on carrying on with The Stig, Car in a reasonable priced star (I know its called humour) both of which strongly identfy with the terrible trio it will always remain a lame duck.
  18. TG is still a program in Intensive care and when a program does that it very rarely climbs back to its original popularity which is why they would do better to be sit down and come up with a new formula completely.
  19. Thats just a myth as the fuel outlet is on the botton of the tank.
  20. They sure are. Same tele phone numbers same eamil.
  21. Always good to see that there are bargains still to be out there.
  22. I have just got off the phone with Andrew who owns Profess and he said that Profess as a company are still alive and well operating from the place they have been in since they started Proffess. They are having a workshop refit at the moment but are able to sort small problems and of course they are open for the sale of LPG. I didnt ask him about the details at companies House as there documentation is often outdated and for all I know he may well have started a LTD company to house his various businesess but whatever it has nothing to do with me. They reopen fully 2nd week of August so as they say normal service resumed.
  23. I have an 80 litre tank in my spare wheel well. It only sticks proud of the boot floor by about a quarter of an inch.
