  1. Hi Tim and welcome to the LOC, another LPG member we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike.

Only place I can think of is Ebay, you could try googling to see if anyone is selling what you are after. Good luck with that. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike.

  7. Its great to know your safe from swinging balls.
  8. I love everything about it apart from that awful aggressive looking frontage. I bet it gets alot of attention from those that think they could burn it off the road. Love that colour.
  9. I would have thought contacting your local VAT office will give you a definitive answer. Mike.
  10. Same colour as mine. They do look great all nice and shiny and clean. She looks really great. Mike.

  13. My LS locks itself if left unattended for I think 30secs so they must have found a way in without leaving any visible signs of the break in. In these days of electronics security systems despite being told by the caqr industry and the security companies the modern car is almost but thief proof much like they do when they bring a new system in at the banks for credit/debit cards and then a month or so later you start hearing all the horror stories because apparently your card is not as secure as they told you and its the same thing with car security if you have an electronics background and a criminal mind anything is possible. I have a Blue Badge and I have come back to my car in a car park on two occasions to find someone taking more than a unhealthy interest in it. It was only a few years ago you could sell and buy them on ebay. It was stopped after it reached the national press. One good thing is at least you dont have any damage to get repaired. Better luck for the rest of 2016. Mike.
  14. Crikey hurts my eyes just looking at the list. Had you upset the MOT guy? Good luck with it all. Mike.
  15. Enjoy but the whether forecast is not to good for tomorrow. Mike.
  16. Its always disappointing when these people who have agreed to call never do and then when you finally have to contact them you get some stupid story as to why they haven been in touch. I would rather they were honest and say they just couldn't be bothered than to expect you to swallow bull. Good luck with it anyway. Just a thought I know in the past involving main dealers its good to let them know its being discussed on here. Give it a go Mike.
  17. I have just tried it but got no warning on security. Could it be the security settings on your computers? I am not aware of any problems with the site. I have just Googled to see if any security problems are known and nothing came up. Mike.
  18. I had mine welded up in Brighton for £45 last March. Works a treat. Mike.
  19. I think this is probably who you are after. Mike. https://www.amayama.com/en/
  20. I've now agreed the valuation so am able to do what I want with it. The reason it was low was because it had been a Cat D total loss in 2003. The estimate to repair her this time is £9316.80!!. I got £250 for the salvage today, plus the £570 I'll get from the insurance so I suppose it's not too bad (she only cost me £500 15 months ago). But I still can't get another for that price, certainly not with only 136,000 on her. I do feel for you and all those who have their pride and joys damaged so badly. Looking for another one is not going to be easy and no matter how long it takes to get her replaced no one gives you the money for all the work and traveling you have to do to get another one which is what I always think is way out of order. Good luck anyway. Mike.
  21. Will the insurance company mind you getting rid of the car before its been sorted out? Mike.
  22. Hi Dave and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. 23. I know exactly what you mean it bugs the life out of you when you know it isn't working as it should. You are not on your own. Mike.
  24. no - bluesman gets paid for the referral - so he can enjoy his LPG motoring even more lol I wish. I doubt you would get a discount mentioning my name especially when you think of the price to start with. Stagg was fitted to my car. and the tank is 85 litre doughnut tank that sits in the wheel well and they spare wheel just sits in the boot with a cover they supplied. No it has never given me a problem with lack of load space and I have never had a problem with the installation they fitted. Mike.
