Even if you declare a modification, the modification itself is rarely covered. Not that a ceramic coating is a declarable modification. Your dealer is correct, you cannot disable lane assist - by law it has to reenable itself on every startup. -

Many a Toyota/Lexus/Aisin transmission has been damaged by not using the correct T-IV or WS fluid. You can use non Toyota branded fluid if it conforms exactly to the Toyota spec but using anything else isn't advisable. -
Service pricing is the same. Relax warranty is 'free' so there isn't a discount to be applied if you don't benefit from it. Your specific dealer might offer reduced rates. Lexus warranty is good and at least guarantees you get work carried out by Lexus. Any independent warranty is very unlikely to cover Lexus hourly rates so work would need to be done outside the main dealer network.

If it's just the top grille then they look like a straight swap but I cannot be 100% sure because the bumper itself is different. https://lexuspartsdirect.co.uk/product/lexus-ct-phase-1-f-sport-radiator-grille/ The lower grille is also different on the F Sport.

That's not always the case. RZ is about the same as the RX (slightly less compared to 500h or 450h+). The UXe is 15% heavier than UX hybrid - heavier, but I'm not sure I'd say 'much heavier'. -

The reason is it would be dangerous if the car just randomly shut down when being driven because the key fob developed a fault or the battery went flat. In theory the key needs to be inside the vehicle before the vehicle can be started (it has multiple sensors and expects a high signal strength to know the key is very close) but this isn't fool proof and a reason why Relay attacks work. Your LBX key will go to sleep if it isn't moved for 5 minutes, that prevents relay attacks so you don't need to keep your key in a faraday pouch when at home. -

Smart entry is touching the door handle to lock/unlock the vehicle and being able to press the start button without putting the key next to the button. Digital key is using your phone - that is different to smart entry. -

Once the car is turned on, it will continue to operate even if the key is then removed from the vehicle. There are pros and cons to this operation but this is how it was designed to work. If you do get another key, it would be advisable for your Lexus to wipe all the keys programmed and re-add your remaining existing key as well as the new one. That way the lost key wouldn't be able to be used if it were found and traced to your vehicle. -

Toyota has talked about break through batteries for years now and nothing has been delivered. It's possible they could have something in the next couple of years but I wouldn't count on it, or delay moving away from Toyota/Lexus if you want a competitive EV today.

If your battery was completely flat then a couple of hours isn't enough to fully charge it - you would want to put it on a battery charger for 8 hours @ 5 amps. -
No, but you ideally want to mechanically adjust it so your lights are correctly aligned, otherwise you would need to alter the lights themselves. Yes, one per axle. The sensors are there just to level the lights front to back if you put weight into the rear - it doesn't compensate for any uneven load left to right.

All Lexus vehicles in the UK have used some form of VVT since approximately 1998. The GS450h engine has dual VVT-i. If the chain has gone then you would likely have piston and/or valve damage, plus whatever damage the chain itself may cause to the engine casing and ancillaries. Hopefully this isn't the case. The chain is prone to stretching beyond what the tensioner can accommodate so you may get chain rattle, possibly to the point where it could jump a tooth but it rarely just snaps.

That's how it should be, however the UX has a larger battery than the LBX, and a 2019 model doesn't have always connected Internet connectivity which increases drain on the battery. -
All service items are preventative - you shouldn't notice any difference before and after a service. Service at a convenient time before any degradation occurs to prevent emergency repairs at an inconvenient time. WRT plugs, they wear with use, which increases the electrode gap, and you get to a point where you will develop poor running, increased mpg and the potential for cat damage if all fuel isn't combusted in the cylinder. For a hybrid, where the engine doesn't run as much as a conventional petrol vehicle, I'd suggest a 100k miles interval would be fine with Iridium based plugs (outside of a warranty period) - going beyond that and you also run the risk of the plugs seizing in the engine which may increase time & effort required to change them when needed.

Diff fluid (rear motor transaxle assembly) is lifetime, as is the transmission. Obviously you can do it if you wish. Both use WS transmission fluid. Standard schedule is based on age / mileage (whichever occurs first): Oil and filter change every 1 year / 10k miles Brake fluid every 2 years/ 20k miles Cabin filter every 2 years/ 20k miles Air filter every 4 years/ 40k miles Spark plugs every 60k miles (no age interval) Engine coolant at 10 years / 100k miles (and then every 5 years / 50k miles) Inverter coolant at 10 years / 100k miles (and then every 5 years / 50k miles) Timing belt every 10 years / 100k miles

There is a type 2 connector for destination based AC chargers (wall charger at home) which will charge at 6.6 kWh - around 11.5 hours for 0-100%. Then there is a CHAdeMO connector for 'higher' speed DC charging, which is limited up to 50 kWh and will charge 10-80% in around 80 minutes. There is no CCS2 connector, which is the most common DC charging connector. -

coolant fan running with key in ACC (cold engine)

I assume you mean at full speed because they will operate at low speed if the AC is on. The fan temp. sensor is at the bottom of the radiator. Disconnect it on an IS300 should start the fans, to stop them you need to bridge the two pins together on the connector. If they don't stop then it is possibly a stuck relay. -
It's a 5 layer sonic colour - they are not easy to match 😞
