  1. You would want to find one at a breakers as a new one from Lexus with probably be four figures. I doubt it is an ECU issue though, they are normally very reliable. Possible sensor issue. Have you checked all fuses?
  2. It is obviously a compromise as you need both petrol and LPG to work. No point getting great LPG plugs that don't work well when running on petrol. Iridium plugs can typically stand up to use of LPG fine, so no need to swap them out. They just may not last the 60k/100k life they would when just being used with petrol.
  3. Then you may not be on level ground and are overfilling it. The engine only takes 6.3 litres.
  4. Yes but you said you wanted a reversing camera - you can't get that without Sat Nav.
  5. Pad/shoe can't be stuck to the disc/hub, otherwise the wheel wouldn't turn. Back off the adjuster / give it a few whacks with the hammer / use bolts on the holes on the disc front to force the disc off.
  6. Do you have another key to try? Even with the light coming on it may not be working correctly.
  7. Howmanyleft show a total of 218 registrations, of which there are 30 carbons. Lexus' press pack for the RC F, apparently updated last in Jan 2017, state cumulative sales of 251 (34 of which were in 2016).
  8. The vehicle would have come with a Navigation manual, just as thick as the owners manual - sadly the older manuals don't appear to be in electronic format so obtaining a copy is difficult.
  9. All the models in the UK came with fog lights, I'm not aware of any blanking plates. You will possibly have to fabricate something yourself.
  10. Don't try and use logic with the names The Advance sits between the SE and Luxury. It doesn't have leather but does have Sat Nav/Reversing camera and cruise control as standard.
  11. How many left state new registrations as 51 in 2016 and 13 in 2017. At least 4 more in 2018 so we are close to 70. Not sure how good the data is though. Apparently there was an IS F registered in 2016 and another in 2017. Imports maybe?
  12. or subscribe for an hour here: https://www.lexus-tech.eu
  13. You get what you pay for. There are a lot of fakes on eBay, including Denso so be careful.
  14. No where near as many as the 'common' IS F. Around 60 to 70 I believe.
  15. Not quite as it was the new name for the SE-L, not the SE-L Premier. You so you don't get the upgraded ML stereo, LED headlights, auto dimming rear mirror or electric seats. Cruise Control is fitted to the Luxury models, however for other grades this is a rare feature on a Toyota/Lexus where you can actually retro-fit it for around £200.
  16. That would depend on sales. Ford have announced they are ceasing development on all saloon cars for the US market, except for the Mustang, due to lack of demand. However I think the ES will be too big for most people in Europe and so the IS will need to remain if they want a saloon model in the lineup.
  17. If you want a 2011/2012 model then you would need an SE-L to have the reversing camera/Sat Nav. The leather is better quality than the series II Prius T-Spirt leather option and they are heated and have electric adjustment. Here is a brief summary of the equipment:
  18. What features are important to you? What is your budget? Ideally I'd recommend a facelift model if budget allows/you are prepared to drop down a grade or two. Originally the CT200h launched with grades SE-I, SE-L and SE-L Premier. The F-Sport came along a year later. At the end of 2012 the grades were revised to S, SE, Luxury, F-Sport and Premier. The old SE-I matches the SE, with the S being base grade below the previous SE-I Shortly afterwards the Advance grade was added, in-between the SE and Luxury. The facelift happened a year after the grade restructure above and was retained. Improvements across the board, plus reduction in prices.
  19. Tried a new battery in the keyfob? I believe the central locking doesn't operate when you use the mechanical key in the door, it just locks/unlocks the drivers one on the series I IS.
