You will be very unlucky if damage to the hybrid inverter has occurred. The fuse within the HV battery shouldn't have blow as that isn't directly related/connected to the 12v system.
Sorry just to add, there are wing differences between vehicles with HID headlights and ones without. So if you got a wing from an IS200 with halogen lights it would need some modification to fit an IS300 which all had HID in the UK.
You have no engine braking if not in gear and if you need to accelerate to avoid danger you cannot without first putting the vehicle back in gear which is why it is deemed dangerous.
Both of those things are not the case if you just come off the accelerator in a hybrid.
Build quality is near identical, they are screwed together using the same methods although body panel gaps are generally closer on Lexus vehicles. It is the materials used that is the biggest difference rather than build quality.
Spec wide UK Toyotas tend to lack somewhat - that seems to be a UK/European marketing decision as they are available with better specs in other parts of the world.
The issue with the smaller Lexus vehicles (CT, UX, NX) is that they are based on Toyota cousins and therefore the newer chassis/drivetrains come to the T badged vehicles first and Lexus take too long to refresh their models.
Rav4 is much better in terms of economy, power, engine noise, 4WD system. The NX really needs to get the new chassis and drivetrain. At the time of this video it wasn't too bad, now it is two generations out of date.
Lexus are offering £2k off list price of new vehicles and the nearly new used cars are over priced - I'm sure the salesman makes more from selling a new vehicle on Toyota finance.
Depends what you want but I'd look at 10k miles/12 month old vehicles which are up to 10k cheaper than new. Steven Eagell dealers are offering 0% over three years on all their used vehicles - just beat them down on price as their sticker prices seem a little higher than others.
Yes that should be possible. You either pay for an inspection or have the vehicle serviced at a Lexus dealer who will ensure there are no pre-existing faults.
Sounds like the dash cam has voltage detection which shuts down if it gets to a certain threshold so I'd say yes definitely worth charging the battery to see if it stops doing it. If it is the case it's a nice way to get an early warning of a low battery.
It looks similar to this, but doesn't show up on the NX connector list.

On the Lexus IS200 / IS300 there is a 10A fuse labelled HORN which is in the engine bay fuse box. The horn itself is activated via a relay so that would need checking too if the horn isn't working.
I imagine the AS200 and RS200 Altezza are the same.
Worth looking at the same part of the GS430, and possibly even an LS430 as there are more of those vehicles that have been sold & scrapped. They have different part codes but may just be a bracket or something - I'd imagine the core part is the same, but double check before purchasing.
