    It's normal Azure Blue (8X1), or Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 if you want to go by the American name. So the same colour as your RC? Not sure why there is such a purple hue to the pictures but both the US and UK brochures of the new NX only show 8X1 as anything close to resembling that colour.

    As Lexus don't make the unit they will need Pioneer to cooperate, on a device that is now superseded - and I suspect they have already seen the fault on several occasions as this is not a new issue. Yes, I'd like to think Pioneer has this down. It's likely to be a component breaking down - faulty batch, max. temp/voltage parameters too close to working temp/voltage, the product gets hotting than expected due to vehicle design etc.

    The ceramic coating will go over the top to give more protection and make it easier to clean. The paint shouldn't need polishing beforehand, unless any existing swirls cannot be removed with just heat.

    It's a series I UX so fits with the current UX forum. We don't tend to have different forums between hybrid, petrol, diesel. The current forum title does need to be updated to include the UX300e tag though.

    Yes it is possible but it is a dealer customisation so you need someone with Techstream software to make the change, you cannot do it via menus in the vehicle. Not sure if something like Carista can also do it. I cannot remember if you there is an option to keep the other doors locked when it opens, or opening the boot will unlock all the other - possibly two different options.

    I'm sure they are willing to take money from anyone irrespective of the car. Ask your dealer not to polish or even wash your car before handing it over to you, otherwise you will pay extra to remove more micro scratched than necessary.

    As others have stated, oil gets changed at every service. They just didn't reset the counter (or assumed it wasn't set as it is just an owner reminder).

    For me I don't think the colour suits the vehicle, and the pictures don't help - they look better in the flesh.

    are you able to see the microphones/openings in the headlining? If they visible then that would be the easiest way to confirm if a vehicle has it or not.

    It is a standard feature on F Sport and Takumi only.

    240 mm x 0.4 = 96 mm so not a great difference. The fact is that making the wheel an inch larger means you need to reduce the tyre side wall 1/2 inch to keep the total wheel/tyre radius roughly the same which will impact ride comfort. How much that impacts you is personal - some people don't mind, others will feel it is too harsh.

    There is mention of mileage - the R to the left of the dots you highlighted is in the 54 (x1000) mile column - that is based on the 9k service schedule used in Europe whereas the UK uses 10k miles hence you should read it as 60k miles.

    First generation direct injection engines use an aluminium for the fuel lines/rails/pumps that can corrode when in contact with high concentrations of Ethanol. It causes a gel to form and pitting of the metal. Later vehicles use a different grade/coated aluminium. Water in the fuel can avoid this, however the fuel suppliers have to keep the concentration of water in E10 fuel at low levels to avoid other problems.

    I'd say that is mainly due to the series IV having a better suspension design and a more compliant ride.

    They changed the design of the radar sensor for the facelift MY2017 where it seems to be more affected by removal of the bumper. The repair manual states for MY2017 onwards: I still believe the module is mounted to the frame of the vehicle and not the bumper so if you don't disturb it you shouldn't need to check/adjust alignment.

    2mm is the increase in tyre diameter. But the sidewall height of the tyre is greatly reduced as the alloy wheel is larger. 235/45 means a sidewall height of 105.75 mm (235 x 0.45) 235/40 has a sidewall height of 94 mm So you are giving up nearly 12 mm of sidewall height which will make the ride harder.

    Yes Did you clear the fault? If not then it will take three error free start/stop cycles for the code to clear. I assume the Bosch sensor was specifically listed as compatible with your vehicle? It uses a wide-band air/fuel ratio sensor rather than a generic O2 sensor. I'd personally only use Denso sensors for a Toyota engine.

    It doesn't matter if you have adaptive mode enabled, the vehicle will speed up on a steep decline if there isn't a vehicle in front to allow the adaptive part of the system to take over and apply the brakes.

    No beeps by default. A long beep indicates an issue such as door left ajar or keys in the vehicle. I believe there may be a confirmation beep setting but that can only be enabled via dealer/Techstream software. Personally I find the noise of the door locks enough to confirm you have locked the vehicle, and I always use the smart entry way to lock the vehicle by touching the door handle so I'm always close enough to hear.

    The severe schedule has transmission fluid to be replaced every 60k miles/6 years. Being used as a taxi is categorised as needing to use the severe service schedule.
