  1. I've listened to the whole of Tommy twice in the past two months!
  2. Well the driver was fairly aged and male so I'll settle for just the car on this occasion!😁
  3. Looking really good! I was driving for about a mile behind an R reg 400 today, such a lovely rear end, still looking good today.
  4. I left everything in place, ie the height sensors and compressor and simply removed the 40amp fuse which disabled the suspension system, no warning lights at all. I can't be sure it'll be the same for the RX but I don't see why not. Last week I did 700 miles on a trip to Cornwall and couldn't have been happier with the ride, even at driving ban speeds!
  5. I blame the parents! I grew up and lived in "The royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea" which all sounds very posh but my parents sold their house there for a measly 150k, two years ago it sold for 1.5 million. As I say, I blame the parents, why didn't mine live there longer!!
  6. Classy! A single underground carpark in that area is worth more than my house!
  7. I'm afraid the used car market is possibly the most dodgy venture a person could embark on. I part exchanged my GS300 to buy my Celsior (a GS that really I should have kept) and it appeared on eBay two weeks ago saying it was owned by a very wealthy gentleman. That certainly wasn't me so it couldn't have been owned by a wealthy gentleman for long but the suggestion was he spared no expense etc etc!
  8. As Steve says, it doesn't sound like good news. It seems a daft move to do away with the transmission dipstick but there we are. The preventative measure is to replace the radiator which has a built in transmission cooler but sadly some discover this too late. Let's hope it's something else!
  9. I fixed the power steering pump on my MK2 by replacing the O ring joining the pump and reservoir, if you can do it yourself be ready for the expense, probably £1!!
